It was really slow. It took like 20 minutes for our food to get out and our table was really wobbly. Everything's sticky. I can't wait to never come back

Placed an order online today for delivery and I never got a confirmation email, the website crashed and would no longer show my order confirmation and after 3h of waiting my food finally did arrive but it was soggy and ice cold. Top it all off When you order online you have to pay a tip on food and service that you have no idea about
I will never be ordering from this KFC location ever again.

Was given slept over Chicken two times here in Kamloops at the kfc at North shore, ever since then I stopped eating KFC but whenever I go out of town I do eat it. It's good depending on who's serving 💯

Ordered through the app and went to the drive thru, was told to wait 10 mins and come back through to pick up my order. My food was ice cold, no fork of any kind, and I was shorted a chicken strip. Will never be going back.
Pretty sad place overall. Workers don't look like they want to be there (I wouldn't want to either) and the service is ungodly slow. Food was greasy and tasted like it's been in a hot hold forever. Would avoid if you have literally no other options

I ordered a 8 piece variety bucket today . I paid extra for all white meat asking for 3 breast and a couple rib and other. Usually I enjoy this restaurant however not this time . The strips were soggy , The white meat pieces were fatty and also soggy , Popcorn chicken was just ok .

This KFC is very outdated and does not serve consistent food unfortunately. I think the owner needs a face lift on this property and new equipment.
