Every time I’ve ordered a spicy chicken and some other stuff always to wait 30mins. And staff will asked you if I want original chicken then i said no so no choice have to wait that long. Why always shortage of spicy chicken? In charge person should know what time they have to cook before totally empty so that they can provide and satisfy the costumers wants. Poor management.

It was hot and cramped inside with a crowd of people due to backed up orders. I spent over $50 to get some chicken and fries. The chicken was dry and the skin wasn't crispy, it was greasy and soggy. An order of large fries now comes in a tiny little container, barely enough to feed 2 people when the menu said the 10 piece bucket with sides could feed 6. I won't be spending money again at KFC any time soon.

Everytime I've been to this place they have disappointed me by messing up our orders (no subs no specialty order) but this time takes the cake. The till lady disrespected my aunt and other customers behind us. They forgot a whole meal sandwich and fries and to boot the floor was disgusting like it hadn't been mopped in days. My nana didn't want to cause a fuss because the lady was sooo rude that we thought she actually might spit in our food. She should be fired
