Advertised price was not the price I was charged. Took a while to figure out how to honor the advertised price. Asked for a tip on the credit/debit machine…. Really??

We get it sometimes and it’s okay but there are always broken bones, pieces missing, and sometimes dry. Apparently broken bones can be a health problem.

I’m extremely disappointed with my recent experience at KFC, 555 Notre Dame Drive, Kamloops, BC. I placed an order and ended up waiting 50 minutes for it to be prepared — that’s unacceptable at a fast food place. There were zero status updates or apologies from the team.
Unfortunately, this isn’t an isolated problem. Several other customers have reported persistent issues at this location and staff who seem disengaged.

Very disappointing experience at the KFC on Notre Dame Dr., Kamloops. On July 9th between 8:00 PM and 8:30 PM, I called to confirm if spicy chicken was available for a Mighty Box for Two. Initially, I was told only 3 pieces were available, and then the call was abruptly disconnected. I called again, and the staff assured me more would be cooked if I waited 20 minutes. After waiting, I called back only to be told it was now out of stock — and suddenly the only option was to order 18 pieces to get spicy chicken. This last-minute change was extremely frustrating and felt like poor customer service. As a loyal KFC customer, I expected better communication and consistency. I hope management takes this feedback seriously.

Horrible. Such slow and rude service. I have been here as both a customer (for myself) and also as an Uber Eats driver. I hate taking Uber orders for here because it always has me standing for 20+ mins waiting for an order that they have already marked as READY for pickup.
It always has the MOST employees working out of any fast food place in town, but the SLOWEST service ever.

It was Pops built all over the floor when I asked told the cashier about she gave me attitude and said yes I know it’s busy. Then they forgot to give me popcorn chicken when I went up and asked for it she sarcastically said give her a small popcorn chicken Then she forgot my sweet-and-sour sauce gave me attitude said she gave it to me, but she did not, and then order me a family fry, and I had to pay for that I did not order. And forgot to give me forks to eat my macaroni salad and slam them on the counter when I asked for them.She was very rude. Made it look like I made all the mistakes. Host # 150

Absolutely horrible. Ordered through drive thru a 6 piece chicken bucket with two sides and a small gravy. When i tell you one of the pieces was literally the size of a small chicken wing from a pizza place i’m not exaggerating. The theory of KFC using other strange meat substitutes instead of chicken may be true. The chicken itself was dark and soggy and tasted like old oil. The small size gravy is a scam in itself. Macaroni salad and coleslaw are fine. Service and speed is fine. Kentucky Fried Chicken? Nah more like Kan’t Fry Chicken. The decline of KFC and this location in specific is rather disappointing. Drive 1 minute further and go to Popeyes instead if you want REAL fried chicken. This place deserves to be shut down and demolished. It has stayed the same on the inside ever since it opened a millennia ago without any renovations. The location is a prime spot for crackheads to hangout and loiter. Don’t even get me started with Taco Bell. From nasty liquid processed cheese to uncooked rice in burritos, this place deserves to be SHUT DOWN permanently. This is not Colonel Sanders approved. SMH.
