I visited your restaurant on 9/29/2025, at 7:00 PM with my partner for dinner. Unfortunately, our experience this time was extremely disappointing due to the behavior of the server on duty, which ultimately led us to leave without dining.

When we arrived, despite the restaurant closing at 8:30 PM and several empty tables visible, the server simply stated, “we’re full,” without offering any information about the wait time or whether we could be accommodated. We returned about five minutes later and noticed even more empty tables. The server then led us to a table but left us standing awkwardly beside it without any direction. After waiting for a minute or two, we seated ourselves.

A few minutes later, without a polite request or any courtesy, the server pointed to a sign near the entrance and remarked, “Next time you can wait near the board like it says, so I can clean,” which felt unnecessary and confusing. He then proceeded to spray the table in a very discourteous manner—right in front of me and my pregnant partner—without any consideration for our comfort. Even the menus were left carelessly at the edge of the table without a word, as if they were not intended for us.

What made this experience especially disappointing is that we had visited your restaurant just two days earlier, on 9/27, and had a fantastic meal paired with excellent service. That positive experience was the reason we chose to return so soon.

Regrettably, we left feeling that this would be our last visit.

The server was alone but somehow handled the entire floor with much care. She was amazing. The food was also so good and fresh, and probably the first time that the servings were the perfect size. And even if you don’t have time to eat, just come for the dessert it is so worth it. The lemon cheesecake was amazing.

We were in town for 1 night, passing through to get to Banff. I was in the mood for something different after eating burgers and fries for a day and a half so we decided on this Korean restaurant that was near our hotel. Staff were inviting. Food was okay. I'm from a city with a larger korean community so i'm used to a larger set of sides that comes with the dishes so i was surprised with how small the sides were. the pancakes were also quite small but they were good. We got the sundubu jjiggae/soft tofu stew. it was a nice change from what we had been eating for awhile. the fried chicken was okay. would recommend if you're in the area and you need something different.

Not authentic, jajangmyeon is clearly overcooked and very bitter. Other dishes are just average.

The food was very salty. The BBQ restaurant had no exhaust system. The whole restaurant was filled with a strong smell of oil smoke. The waitress had a poker face and no expression. Her English was also very poor and communication was poor. We accidentally spilled the water and no one dealt with it. In the end, we went to the toilet to get toilet paper to dry it ourselves. They also didn't refill the water. In short, I would not recommend this restaurant. It was terrible

Very tasty! The quality of meat was well above average, we all left happy and full. 😀
