My order was late but the manager came out right away, apologized and added a little extra to my dinner to make it right without me having to ask and me getting upset! Great customer service!!!

Food is pretty good, but not amazing but I didn't go there for amazing pizza. I went there for pretty good pizza at a hood price. However there are no seats to sit and wait inside. They brought the pizza out to me in my vehicle.

2 stars because staff is friendly.
UPDATE—-have ordered from here 3 times in the last few months since my initial 5 star review a year ago(below). What happened??????? Last night’s pizza had no sauce….we literally dug around for it and could find none so pizza was soooooo dry! Barely any cheese. They forgot the dip we paid for. Other pizzas in the last couple months same thing but also I paid for double toppings and barely got any. Crust has been like cardboard. Entire pizzas completely flavourless and we’ve had to jazz them up at home with salt, pepper, spices, sriracha etc…..might as well save my money and make them at home. Contacting the franchise only became a complicated and frustrating endeavour—I specifically asked for email contact only—no phone calls as I work shiftwork—so of course I received several phone calls and requests to call them back at different days and times etc!!! ? ….I sent emails and was finally ghosted with no solution.
Lots of other pizza places in town. Go elsewhere.
Initial review a year ago: Had a very impressive medium olive, pineapple, onion, and mushroom stuffed crust pizza a couple nights ago. Pizza was absolutely loaded with ingredients, tons of cheese and the crust was excellent. Zesty sauce. Veggie pizzas can be pathetic at most pizza places but this one at this Little Ceasers was awesome. Crazy bread was also deelish. Manager is very friendly and helpful—he wants his customers happy. My husband was there the night before and enjoyed his pepperoni pizza as well. Good job guys, we’ll be back often.

Dietary restrictions: Asked for no cheese and was asked about preference or allergy because they “take allergies very seriously”. Nice!

Hot and Ready is hot and ready...... went in grabbed my pizza and left.... it was ready to go. Good pizza.
Stop cooking the cinnamon desserts in the same pan as the garlic breadsticks. This should be obvious. My dessert shouldn’t taste like garlic. This isn’t the first time either.

Ordered pizza. They forgot the dips and drinks. No biggie, but went to eat the pizza and they forgot the pizza sauce on the pizza. I get it. It's littles Ceasars just a bunch of stoned teenagers working but damn man I don't expect much but how do you forget one third of a pizza recipe? Like bro, dough, sauce, cheese.

Vegetarian options: Lots of veggie choices and they put a lot on a pizza!

The girl with specs and has fake Canadian accent was so rude. She took the wrong order and wasn't ready to admit. On the top of that, she started debating.
If they could treat customers the same way they treat their employees without consequences, there's NO doubt in my mind that they would jump at the chance to. If you're looking for a job, even just part-time, RUN from this place. I used to work here, absolutely HORRIBLE place to work and eat from. The bosses (Man and Woman) promote a toxic competitive environment for employees, they had/have a whiteboard in the back with everyone's names on it that showcases how many items each person has upsold in order to shame and "encourage" those who didn't want to demand you buy more & they're main goal is to squeeze as much money as they can out of you. They shout, scream and belittle staff in front of customers to the point that they're crying and quit, they have one of the HIGHEST turnover rates I've ever seen. I don't know if they FINALLY upgraded their registers, but when I worked there they were practically ancient and if you asked for assistance or made a mistake (even if you were still training) it didn't matter to them, they'd still scream at you in front of customers (I was terrified to make a mistake or ask for help). When you went to cash out your register at the end of the night, you had to print a HUGE/LONG report and practically do a math exam just to close out your till each night. The funny part is, my friend who used to work here, warned me about this place and told me not to apply but I did anyway... I should have listened.
