No intro to server, no assistance with menu, no eagerness to be there. No specials played out. No clarification of menu availability, came back after to ordering to tell us we can't have half of what we ordered, bit didn't return with menu. The cosmo my wife had, was 90% Cointreau, lifeless. Barely halfway through my starter, before all entries showed up and sat at the table getting cold.. Was actually a very disappointing dining experience. Won't be boring again. Atlas next door is 10fold the quality from service to drinks. Then we couldn't leave! It took 35 minutes from getting a box for the remaining pasta to getting my bill! Will not be back.

Our visit was the last day of DineAround week, we booked early for a special occasion. After 10 minutes a server walked by with water. We were then told the Dine Around menu was not available?? Website said Dine Around Festival, available January 17 – February 11. I spoke to the manager, who said "sorry it was corporate decision". No substitutes or comps were offered. We left,wife was in tears. Thanks Match for ruining our Dine Around Kamloops evening.

Our service was just passable. Food was overall poor. Soup arrived barely warm. My fish was overcooked and dry. Fries were dry. Husbands was the same. Friends meals (chicken sandwich and burger) were unimpressive. It was all of ours first time at the restaurant and we all agreed that maybe other dishes were better but none of us would order the same again. We came for the dine out Kamloops promotion. It was very disappointing.

I made a reservation for a birthday. There was no cake ever brought. There was way too much salt on everything. My drink was spilled on me which I get was an accident. There was a good band playing but we got sat behind the wall so we couldn't see. The table was sticky and the servers need to stop running their hands through their hair.
