Quality of product is ALWAYS inconsistent, I usually order a French vanilla cold brew and it either has no vanilla, too much cream or barely any cream, it's different EVERY TIME. It's the same with the iced coffees. Plus when I order it seems like the person on the speaker has no idea what I'm talking about most of the time, needing to repeat my order 5 times before I even pay is beyond frustrating.

The staff have to buzz you into the bathroom but they leave you standing at the counter waiting for 5 minutes while they fill their Uber orders and ignoring customers in the store. I had multiple people make eye contact with me and not offer any help and had one guy hand over an order make eye contact and then continue to work. It's not the first time I've seen this at a McDonalds location. The staff and run toot thin now that your meant to place orders at kiosk. The staff have no customer service knowledge now they aren't expected to take orders
