Seemed like a nice place on Granville Island. Ordered a breakfast sandwich, muffin, & coffee. They gave me a buzzer thing for when my order will be ready. After about 20 minutes I went in & enquired about it. They seemed surprised and a bit put off about me coming before my buzzer went. There was a couple minutes of activity and suddenly my order was ready. Sandwich appeared slapped together hastily and egg was very hot. It gave the appearance they forgot my order until they saw me come back in and ask about it. Breakfast sandwich was hit, fresh, and tasty but very sloppy and messy due to runny yolk and too much sauce. High prices, but not out of ordinary for that location.

This drive in is not the greatest .. i work shift work . i usually go at 5 am there very slow they need to work on this ...The cofee and muffins are good

we were disappointed with French fries. soggy. not the crispy fries that we are customised to. We were looking for comfort food as we had travelled for almost 4 weeks. In countries we have visited like Australia, New Zealand, Japan, Malaysia, Thailand etc, the Macdonald French fries are always comfort food.

BLT mcmuffin, no egg no cheese add bacon... for an $8 sandwhich each, Id expect a bit more than a quarter tomato slice... sad.

I went through the drive through at around 4:07pm Sunday April 13 for 2 cheese burgers add bacon and a large chocolate shake. I have no clue what’s with their training but they are training their employees to have customers pay for the wrong meal and then get a refund for the wrong amount. I paid $9.78 for what I thought was my meal and then they refunded me for a happy meal which I didn’t pay for which came out to $9.68. I’m not mad about the 10 cent difference. Im mad that the manager refunded me and I still have not have gotten my refund. This McDonald’s is trying to scam their customers to pay for the wrong order and isn’t issuing refunds back to the original card right away. I contacted my bank and they said they’re waiting on the merchant to accept the refund.

By far the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been too. Management doesn’t care how it’s run. Go to north shore or even Walmart location. Fast food that takes 20 minutes for the basics.

Luckily we didn’t order sandwiches and probably will never in the future .
