Yes this is by far the worst McDonald's experience I've ever had. It started even right at the beginning the simple fact I wasn't able to wash my hands before I ate because they had the washrooms locked off. I asked if I could use the washroom he said they were closed for the night. That was at 7pm the diner is open till 10pm. There was hardly any customers there ( go figure) so I already new the fries were old. The person running the till had to count my change 3 times. And to top it off I waited 10 mins for my order. I asked them if they were putting something in my food as to why it's taking so long. Never well I ever waste even my time at this location again.

This McDonalds is very consistent. Been going here for years and can count on 1 hand the amount of times they've made a mistake or I've been dissatisfied with my order. It's McDonald's, you know what you're getting, and they deliver it everytime.

The lady wearing a reddish pink shirt (crew lead??) today (April 7th 6:30 pm ish) was incredibly kind and very bubbly! I wish i would’ve seen the name tag a little more clearly but she was very fast with my order and even said “oh i’m so sorry but you’re missing a lash” and then we talked about some different types of lashes while my order was being prepared, if she sees this i hope you hit every green light on the way home and thank you for your customer service as well as letting me know i was missing a lash😂😂

This is by far the worst McDonald's I've been to, multiple instances of not receiving the full order not a big deal if you forget to put ketchup packages in but missing an entire order of chicken nuggets is pretty ridiculous. We usually drive to the other side of town, even for something as simple as a coffee as this location can't seem to Figure out how to stir the cream and sugar. Do yourself a favor, if you're unfortunate enough to find yourself at this location get a stir stick on the side so you're not left with syrup half way through your coffee.

This is a good McD location. The staff is always on it, and does a good job. I've not had issues with missing items in my order, and they move people through the drive through at a good rate.

Just ordered 2 Dubble cheese burgers and large fries asked for salt and vinegar in the bag... got home to eat my burger noticing something dark on the patty on closer inspection I found a metal pice from a brush of some sorts 🙃 crazy that I noticed it because it was sharp and if consumed probably wouldn't haven been good at all.... thank the lord I noticed it and perhaps they need to inspect the grill more often 🙏 not impressed i think that is very serious and very scary 😳 😬

Went there today ordered 6pack nuggets with sauce they only gave me the sauce not the main thing I ordered it with. I don’t get how you can tell me that you remembered the sauce for them but didn’t notice you completely left out the entire reason for the sauce
