I ordered two vanilla ice cream cones, when I payed and everything at the drive thru later after 5 mins they said their ice cream machine is not working. They gave me refund and everything but when i order or when I payed they never said anything about the ice cream machine, they could’ve just said when I ordered that the ice cream machine is not working. Literally wasted so much time because I had to pick up my kid from daycare.

Line up wasn’t too long, but they did have workers crossing in and out of the drive through (also near the window to collect food) which was difficult to navigate.
My medium fry was only half full, not even close to regularly filled. I’m sure if I went back they would solve that issue, but it’s not worth the trip. I’ve had similar experiences the few times I’ve been there.

Without fail, every single time if you order extra sauces they will forget to put it in the bag. It’s not hard to make sure dipping sauce gets put in the bag?

Yes this is by far the worst McDonald's experience I've ever had. It started even right at the beginning the simple fact I wasn't able to wash my hands before I ate because they had the washrooms locked off. I asked if I could use the washroom he said they were closed for the night. That was at 7pm the diner is open till 10pm. There was hardly any customers there ( go figure) so I already new the fries were old. The person running the till had to count my change 3 times. And to top it off I waited 10 mins for my order. I asked them if they were putting something in my food as to why it's taking so long. Never well I ever waste even my time at this location again.
Pretty shit location. Would make you wait literally 15 mins for a Coca Cola

This McDonalds is very consistent. Been going here for years and can count on 1 hand the amount of times they've made a mistake or I've been dissatisfied with my order. It's McDonald's, you know what you're getting, and they deliver it everytime.

The lady wearing a reddish pink shirt (crew lead??) today (April 7th 6:30 pm ish) was incredibly kind and very bubbly! I wish i would’ve seen the name tag a little more clearly but she was very fast with my order and even said “oh i’m so sorry but you’re missing a lash” and then we talked about some different types of lashes while my order was being prepared, if she sees this i hope you hit every green light on the way home and thank you for your customer service as well as letting me know i was missing a lash😂😂
