Staff is great but it feels very uncomfortable everytime I went inside because of homeless ppl are always around. I have seniors during day time which is always nice but for kids especially in the evening time is not very safe. Otherwise staff and food is good.

My girlfriend urgently needed to use the washroom, but Harsh, the assistant manager, denied access even after she explained it was an emergency. The response was insensitive, harsh, and very unprofessional.

The staff was not cooperative at all. I was on my period and urgently requested to use the washroom. Despite clearly explaining that it was an emergency, the assistant manager responded in a very harsh and insensitive manner. She said, “I know, but we close the washroom at seven,” and completely refused to help.
What was most disappointing is that she herself is a woman and still showed zero empathy or understanding toward a basic biological emergency. This was humiliating, stressful, and extremely unprofessional. Customer safety and dignity were clearly ignored, and the way the situation was handled reflects very poorly on the management.
This experience made me feel disrespected and uncomfortable, and no one should be treated this way especially in a situation involving health and personal well-being.

Just spent 40 dollars on family meals and another 5 on a burger. Asked for no dip for the nuggets but instead two mayo packets and the manager was trying to charge me for it even though I got no dip! Pathetic that you can’t have 2 mcchicken sauce with 45 dollars worth of food. Won’t ever stop here on the way through Kamloops again

I pre-ordered and pre-paid for 13 Happy Meals for my child's birthday party four days in advance, then they put my order on their schedule for the date and time I requested. The day of the party I had a friend pick up the order and it was all ready to go in boxes and the staff helped her carry it out to her vehicle. Every order was correct, even the special orders. Everything went seamlessly and all the kids were happy. I would definitely do that again. Thank you!

I love the McDonald's in Kamloops. They are always friendly and have a tendency to remember you if you visit regularly. The also very rarely mess up any of my orders. High marks in my experience.

I decided to pop in here b4 going home to use up my free points b4 they expired. This was about 9 pm Sun. evening, and the gal taking my order was very helpful, and cheerful. She took her time and actually showed me how too properly redeem my points to receive my free food. She had to take my order by placing each item individually in oder form me to make my meal. So I'm grateful for her working that night. It could have gone completely different iuuuuuuù

I'm confused why people come here. Read the reviews from most others, how awful this location's food is, as well as the horrible customer service here. The cost compared to food quality and dining experience has gone downhill so far I'm shocked people still go here. 6.5 million burgers a day ... hmm I'm starting to wonder what they're actually serving everyone cause I definitely don't think these #s add up to overall beef worldwide.

This location is just disguisting. The Rats running around are what ended my visits here, and kicking a kid out of the play place by a rude staff member. I don't get it personally, this place needs to do better. Bullying kids is messed up.
