As McDonald's goes, this location is excellent. Everything was clean, service was fast, and most importantly, the Play Place is open at breakfast time unlike many of the other locations. I wouldn't hesitate to stop here again on a road trip.

I would appreciate it if you would stop up selling absolutely everything a person orders you want a coffee they wanna add something to it. You want a meal they want you to Up size the fries the fries you buy a burger they wanna stick bacon on it. just stop it McDonald’s. If I want anything extra, I will bloody ask for it. Sometimes you are interrupted three or four times with them trying to upsell product knock it off.

Usually just stop by for muffins or apple pies and coffee or a cold drink on the Go it's a good pick me up for energy.
Unfortunately, this one is a pass, foods either cold or wrong. i don't mind waiting as long as it comes out hot. Staff is friendly and has never had any issues.

I ordered food from them on Uber around 3:50 am. The restaurant accepted my order as shown in the app and it said the order is preparing. I waited almost an hour and could see the delivery guy at the restaurant on the app. I messaged the delivery guy and he said the restaurant is not giving my order. I also called the restaurant to ask and they said they cannot prepare my order. If they cannot prepare it why they accepted the order? They asked me to cancel it why should I pay the cancellation fee for the food that the restaurant cannot prepare? It is not my fault. They could have immediately cancelled it after the order was placed but why did they wait for an hour and the driver??? Horrrrrible service!!! This happened the second time at the same restaurant. The staff seems like they are not interested in doing their job. I requested the poor delivery guy to wait because I did not want to pay for cancellation that is completely restaurants fault. Worst McDonald’s in Kamloops!!!!!
