I ordered food from them on Uber around 3:50 am. The restaurant accepted my order as shown in the app and it said the order is preparing. I waited almost an hour and could see the delivery guy at the restaurant on the app. I messaged the delivery guy and he said the restaurant is not giving my order. I also called the restaurant to ask and they said they cannot prepare my order. If they cannot prepare it why they accepted the order? They asked me to cancel it why should I pay the cancellation fee for the food that the restaurant cannot prepare? It is not my fault. They could have immediately cancelled it after the order was placed but why did they wait for an hour and the driver??? Horrrrrible service!!! This happened the second time at the same restaurant. The staff seems like they are not interested in doing their job. I requested the poor delivery guy to wait because I did not want to pay for cancellation that is completely restaurants fault. Worst McDonald’s in Kamloops!!!!!

The establishment was nice and clean with a friendly atmosphere and the staff was polite and good service. The food on the other hand I was nit so impressed opening my burger to find it squished and the toppings falling out from how the individual put it together with no care and then squished it after wrapping it. I wanted to go back inside and ask for a manager, however the last time I had this problem and did address the issue with a manager. The issue was discarded, and the manager even disrespected me and did absolutely nothing to resolve my problem 😒

Spoken order was “spicy chicken with bacon, and a McDouble with no mustard and add mayo.” Employee at the till only put the no mustard, and did not add any of the other requests
I was using the bathroom here before going to order, and an employee was in the bathroom stall next to me and I was washing my hands at the only sink in the bathroom, and the employee flushes, and walks right pass me and does not wash her hands. YUCK, I didn’t order, I just left cause EW. Not food safe at all. If you eat here and get sick, it’s probably because of employees like this.

We ordered through the drive through. They forgot the fries and didn’t give us a fork for the poutine, even though we got straws and napkins. How do they expect people to eat a poutine?

What a horrible place!!!! They skimp out on ingredients. Manager is rude and she needs some customer service training. They charge for everything and anything here. Need sauce for fries, they charge, need sauce for your nuggets; lets not forget to charge you an extra .40 per dip.
