This is a disgusting place to eat. While standing in line beside/behind a patial wall between kitchen machines and public a strong odor of fecal matter was coming from kitchen side. I asked for my money back and left. Never will I step foot in there again.

I ordered a simple medium coffee, no cream four sugars but unfortunately I got a medium coffee, no sugar no cream no nothing and I only asked for add sugar, but they failed to do that. Very disappointed. Very annoyed. Do better.

3 napkins per burger is required otherwise your going to town with part of lunch on your shirt. Been coming here for about 40 years, many of those times with my father on lunch break. McPizza should be back on menu... what happened? Kamloops has changed but this restaruant is still here.

Recently recieved breakfast with garbage in the bacon and egg McMuffin. It was a sticker labeled bacon with an expiry date on it.
I have pics. Complained and no one called back, they just sent a free meal in mail.
Not only is this DISGUSTING but it’s a CHOKING hazard. But don’t worry, they put a price on my loved one choking to death, and that price was the price of a breakfast meal. That probably only cost them $2.50 to make so if you wanna know what a customer’s life is worth from McDonald’s it’s $2.50.

Our cashier was wonderful. It looked a little disorganized as far as which employee was doing what in the back, which was noticeable, and our assorted chicken burgers were super disappointing. I was honestly upset that a chicken died for such subpar food
I love this Branch of McDonald's because it has lots of parking space. Inside the restaurant is spacious too and always clean.

As McDonald's goes, this location is excellent. Everything was clean, service was fast, and most importantly, the Play Place is open at breakfast time unlike many of the other locations. I wouldn't hesitate to stop here again on a road trip.
