Amazing selection. Very clean. Prices reflect this so make sure you know the cost per 100g and then stop worrying about that and go nuts! (Literally if thats what you want to do!) Hard and soft ice cream choices. Dozens of toppings. Kids even noted that the spoons turn colour when they get cold! Will be certain to return!!!

Really like this place. Like their flavors and toppings better than before when it was a Menchies. Seemed pretty busy, too, which is always a good sign. Nice place to bring the kiddos on a hot day.

We had a lovely experience. My son and I both got a scoop of ice cream and a neat colour changing spoon. The lady was at the front and ready to scoop. I feel like we had a great experience despite the many poor reviews.

We went closer to the end if the day. Maybe its ideal to go earlier, as most flavors were done or not there and some toppings were done like the popping boba It was okay.

Disappointing…google \\u0026 the sign at the store says it closes at 9pm but the worker purposefully had the door locked at 8pm to finish up early. Waste of time.

There was no exterior lighting that showed it was even a place of business. (I knew where it was located from previously driving by during daylight hours)The open sign wasn't lit up; I was shocked when I tried the door handle and it was unlocked. It didn't look like anyone was working upon entering. Half the machines were blinking low or empty. One would think that basic flavors like vanilla and chocolate would never be out of stock. Drove across town for an extremely disappointing cup of yogurt. Never again ?

Menchie's used to be fabulous. My husband and I went there a few weeks ago as a treat when we went through Kamloops. It was insanely priced and the frozen yogurt was mostly watered down. When one bowl had melted a bit, all of the water surfaced and it was pretty horrible.
Stopped by twice in the last month and both times was turned away at the door because the machines weren’t working. Whoever owns this location is surely lacking in management if they haven’t fixed this by now

I bought two frozen yogurts with barely any toppings and the total was $28 which I found absurd. The frozen yogurt tasted watery and barely any of the machines were working. Will never go back.

My family and myself thought we would get a frozen yogurt treat today. The ice cream machines were not working properly and didn’t dispense the froyog out, also they only had 4 flavours available. So we loaded up on the topping’s!!Weighed it up and the bill for 3 was $53! What is that for, completely ridiculous and especially they didn’t even have any yogurt left that was working! No wonder no one was in there on such a hot day! We will never go back. Matter of time for this place to close! Not even 3 large blizzards from DQ are even half as much. What a ripoff!!!

Not many flavour options for the yogurt and hardly any topping. Chairs and tables were so dirty we just ended up eating our yogurt in the car. Not sure what has happened but definitely has gone very downhill. Disappointed customer, won't be back:(

Not sure what is going on here but it appears nothing right now.Have driven into kamloops for appointments at least five times in the last few months -always stop there but machines not working - almost no flavours - closed in the middle of the day - starting to wander if they have a hidden business going on as it certainly not icecream or frozen yogurt that is keeping it going
