I have been here twice, both times the service was great, very friendly and attentive staff. The food is good and very large portions. Wor Wonton soup had lots of Wontons, meat and vegetables and 1 order was easily enough for 2 people.

I have been a regular customer at Moon Wok North Shore for a long time and have always enjoyed their food, but I had a very disappointing experience today. I ordered dinner yesterday and, as I always do, I immediately refrigerated the leftovers. However, when I tried to eat them today at 11:00 AM, the food had a very foul smell and taste.
I called to report the issue and spoke with the manager, explaining that this is the first time this has happened. Unfortunately, I was told that this wasn't a 'sufficient reason' to replace the dish. It is saddening that being a loyal customer who frequently orders from here wasn't enough for them to take my concern seriously or offer a solution regarding the freshness of the food. I truly appreciate their menu, but the lack of flexibility and poor customer service in this instance makes me hesitant to return.

I’m honestly really disappointed with my experience at moonwok. The food was bland and tasted like it had been sitting out for hours. Vegetables were soggy. The rice was dry and the chicken had a strange texture that made me question how fresh it was. The portions were smaller than expected for the price and everything just felt rushed and low quality on top of that. The service wasn’t great. Staff seemed uninterested in not very friendly. I was really hoping for a good meal, but unfortunately, this was a waste of my hard earned money I won’t be ordering from here again. I don’t recommend this

Honestly avoid this moonwok and take the trip to the valleyview one instead. The food tastes microwaved and had enough salt to shrivel my lips.
