Moon Wok Chinese Restaurant

I made a mistake when placing my takeout order and accidentally sent it to the wrong location. The team at Moon Wok went above and beyond to correct my mistake and got my food to me quickly, despite the mix-up. The customer service was outstanding, and I truly appreciate their efficiency and kindness. Highly recommend Moon Wok—not just for their great food but also for their excellent service!

I ordered delivery last night, it never showed up. They still charged me for my meal. Terrible customer service, no help no refund just blamed it on me. Somehow it was my fault the food never showed up.

Update, they have reached out to me. I very much appreciate it. First time food was cold. But not all of it. My beef & vegs were very cold. And we live less than 4k from the restaurant.

Best moon wok in town, worth going to pick up in my opinion. Very yummy, may have something to do with them using msg, i find chinese food lacking in flavor as many restaurants dont use msg, they of course can not usevit but i recommend it. There was a hiccup with my order and they made ot right, went abovevand beyond to correct. Very satisfied

Ordered a combo for one and the lettuce wraps from Skip. The food was edible but nothing to write home about. Everyone raves about Moon Wok but the last 4 times I have eaten there over the last 7 years I have been disappointed each time. I give up. Lee's Chinese Garden on the North Shore is superior in my opinion.

Got a house special combo for one as a drive by to the coast. Fresh, filling, large portions, delicious and almost cheap. The only disappointment being there is no Moon Wok franchise anywhere near Vancouver.

My mom and I enjoyed a meal together at Moon Wok in Valleyview back in July. The meals were excellent portions (left with leftovers), great taste, great presentation and we had great customer service by Molly and Niraj. Moon Wak has always been a favourite restaurant and this experience was particularly wonderful. Thank you Molly and Niraj!!

Great food with a wide variety of choices on the menu. I got my food quickly even while they were pretty busy with other customers and phone calls coming in left and right. Friendly and fast service from employees. Would highly recommend!
