While the clam chowder is highly praised, the restaurant no longer features a bulldog on the menu, though a server is able to make them upon request, which guests appreciate.

The location has ample underground parking, and for those with larger vehicles, there is a ground-level lot. Wheelchair access is available from the rear of the hotel/restaurant or the underground parade, as the front entrance has stairs and no elevator. Recently, a previous negative experience was addressed promptly, leading to an improved rating from a customer.
