As a California guy, I believe I know a good quality burrito.

Mucho Burrito makes an excellent burrito. Fresh ingredients, tender meat, really good beans, tasty brown rice & all sorts of delicious salsas!

Additionally, their prices are nice a d reasonable.

Please ask for Dha to make your burrito, she is spectacular.

(The size of the burrito is VERY large!)

Has really gone downhill this last year… dry burnt vegetables, burnt rice. Dirty tables and counter top. Another franchise run into the ground

The shiitake burrito was fantastic. There’s an ingredient list at the front that shows what is and what is not vegan, and so many things are! They also have vegan ice cream and sorbet, which is great.

Best burrito in town. Never ordered anything but a mucho one. Dha offered us a great service with a big smile and made us an amazing burrito.
Ingredients are fresh, food tastes amazing.

Swung into this place late one evening back in April. I was staying one night in the area due to a famous train that passes through. I went for a walk and dropped in here. I had a meal deal. It was okay.

Not kid friendly which is too bad having the ice cream bar right beside. Food has a High spice level for kids! Warning! Staff did a terrible job accommodating 2 kids and 2 adults. We will never return.

Disappointed with My First (and Last) Visit

I was really looking forward to trying Mucho Burrito for the first time, especially the nachos—but unfortunately, it was a major letdown. The chips tasted stale, the corn seemed old, and the whole dish was a cold, soggy mess with no flavour. After just one bite, I knew I couldn’t eat it.

I went back to the counter to let the staff know. The employee tasted the chips and said they were made that morning. I politely asked for a refund since the food was inedible, and she said she needed to speak with her manager. She left for about 5 minutes, and I assumed she was doing just that. But when she returned, she told me the manager wasn’t there and couldn’t be reached. She then got defensive and said there was nothing she could do.

I calmly asked her to relax and explained I understood her situation, but it was disappointing. She took my name and number in case the manager could reach out later, but as I don’t live in the area, I declined.

Honestly, my issue isn’t just with the poor food quality—it’s also with the complete lack of management. Where was the manager? Why isn’t there better support for staff when situations like this arise?

Won’t be returning, and I hope they improve both their food and customer service processes moving forward.

They where technically closed because of the holidays but they let us in anyway I don’t know exactly how to order and if it was customizable I told them I was vegan and they pointed out what I could have I don’t have any pictures because I scarfed it all down right away it was delicious.

Amazing, fresh and tasty food. The nicest young couple running this place. If I lived in Kamloops, I would eat here all the time.
