Over priced non authentic Indian food. The butter chicken sauce tasted like the stuff they sell at Costco

Waited 30 to get our drinks. And the place was NOT busy

When we finally got our food, I was greatly disappointed in the taste and quality.

Tables were left filthy the time we were there and that was about 1 1/2 hours

Ask for water refill. and gave up after 30 mins. When we were getting up. He “remembered”. But too late

The only nice thing was the view. Which wasn’t worth the wait not the poor service and food

Highly recommend NOT to go.

The food is soooo good. They have a dishes that I could not find in other Indian restaurants. My husband and I took our family here(their first time eating Indian food), and they love it very much. The staff are all very friendly and nice. It is a little bit slow, but we had time to enjoy the view anyway. If I am in the area next time, I will for sure come back here.

We had a wonderful dining experience, and a big part of that was thanks to our server, Shruti. She was warm, welcoming, and very attentive throughout our meal. Her recommendations were spot on, and she made sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. Great service really makes a difference, and Shruti definitely delivered that. Flavors of India is by far the best Indian restaurant in Kamloops! I always order takeout, and the food is consistently fresh, flavorful, and perfectly prepared. They gladly accommodate my requests every time. Vaibhav always goes above and beyond to assist me—their customer service is phenomenal. Highly recommended!

Garima was my server and she was nothing but kind, funny, and hospitable! I also ordered pakoras and they were so so tasty, the batter is spiced just right

Excellent food but the 2 servers were run off their feet ! When we arrived at 8:30 on May 23 - a Friday night - there were 6 other tables occupied (approx 20-21 guests). Momoshka (?) sat us promptly and brought our water and then was gone for almost 40 minutes before she was able to come take our order. It was another 40 minutes to get our food - our drinks and appetizers came slightly AFTER our dishes arrived. I cannot fault the servers here - they were pleasant but clearly one or 2 extra staff members would have made this a great experience. Tables were left uncleared because the servers couldn’t get to them. I think management should do a better job of adequate staffing in front of house and back of house — it also took almost another 35 minutes to get our bill. The food is delicious but management needs to improve on scheduling. The views are awesome but the huge windows need to be cleaned regularly outside and inside!

Had a delicious meal here last night , would highly recommend this restaurant. our waitress Garima was super Freindly & the service was excellent.

We just went to this place for cholle bhatura and amritsari kulcha, we were the only customers at the restaurant and it took them nearly 50 mins to get our order which was extremely frustrating. Although food was fine but the service did not match my expectations given what reviews they have and when I asked for a small discount for the wait I was told no without any apologies.
