Nature's Fare Markets - Kamloops

I always leave Nature's Fair Kamloops feeling happier than I arrived ! Huge gratitude to the long term staff and especially Amarjeet & Betty for helping my whole wellness improve !

Selection and quality of produce and deli items is worth coming in and trying something new. Pricing can be high but some is no different than your big box store. The labels for Canadian products are clearance visible. Staff are helpful and friendly.

Great store BUT my rotisserie chicken was RED inside. Not fully cooked. I was super bummed about that as I was visiting family and bought that so I could have sandwiches during the stay. No car to return the chicken for a different one.

very rude customer service experience at the sandwich desk. the lady working had not closed anything down, and refused us service in a very impolite tone. as if she didn’t want us to be there. we had simply asked for a sandwich right as it was closed. not cool, bro. won’t be coming back.

They treat costumers really bad

Very high priced supplements but good food options.

Drove from motel to eat at bistro, website said open till eight oclock. Arrived 6:10, supper time, and attendant at bistro said she was closed, yet all the food was still there. Strange

I've been shopping at Nature's Fare since 2003 and I loved to shop there but since the arrival of the current manager as well as the move to the new location, the store has steadily declined in the quality of their service, the selection of product offerings and especially the quality and selection of the produce. It used to be that produce that was no longer looking fresh would be offered at a discount to move it along, now they just leave it sitting there all wilted and rubbery. The store no longer allows special orders and is substituting good quality products from independent companies with the lower quality "Only Goodness" brand which, like Nature's Fare itself, is also owned by Jimmy Pattison. With the exception of a few of the long term cashiers, the staff is terrible. I'm getting much better service at Nutters.

I'm in and out of this progressive store frequently n picked this up. Vegan, cranberry loaf.
So different. Two poached eggs on this delight n delicio!!!

I appreciate that their sandwiches are made from whole ingredients, which fit my dietary requirements. The staff are friendly, and I particularly enjoy speaking with Kathleen, who consistently provides excellent customer service and is a pleasure to interact with. :)
