Staff go the extra mile to provide great service. The went out of their way to ensure their fries were gluten free for our daughter. And the food is very good. We will be back for sure.

I was refused service today because I am exempt from wearing a mask and the manager laughed at me and was extremely rude. I used to love this place but because of this horrid manager I will not support this place and will warn everyone else that Opa in Kamloops mall discriminates against customers!!! Not to mention the manager yells at his emloyees when he is mad and belittles them in front of customers!!
