Tasty quick fast food, friendly staff

Dinner at Original Joe's for Travelling with the Starr's..
This style of food is what we call casual pub easy food..
Joe's did not disappoint..
Great fish Tacos and Chicken Chilli lime.. excellent flavour and great presentation.
Thursday night is half price bottle of wine night so well worth it.😁
Dessert we shared a piece of cheese cake and it was huge..
Service was excellent... friendly not pushed...
We would definitely come back.

Tonight we opted to have dinner at the Kamloops Original Joe's location. Day the food was terrible. I had the beef dip with veggies and dip, and sweet potato fries. The sandwich contained very little meat, with the meat/onion/mushtoom mixture being very greasy with little flavour and a dry bun. The au jus was also void of flavor and was more oil than broth/gravy. The drippings had clearly had not been seasoned or separated grom the fat. In addition, the ranch for the veggies had a water like consistency which was replaced, with the cucumbers as if they had been previously frozen with a limp and almost see threw texture. The staff was nice, however not very attentive as we were not even given the opportunity for a drink refill. Unfortunately from food to service tonight was a complete and costly disappointment. Would not recommend and will not be returning.

Hate to say but, I had never been to Original Joe’s until today, my wife and I wanted a sit down meal, nothing too special, but not fast food. Our server was excellent, there when we needed her , very polite and even smiling. We both ordered the Original Burger which was cooked to perfection and came with fries and salad ( there were other options) at a nominal price. Yes I think we’d go there again when visiting Kamloops, well worth it.

I come to Kamloops twice a year. Each time I come to Original Joes for their food and usually great customer service.
This time I could not believe what they tried to pass as a medium cooked steak. I sent it back and the manager said to me “maybe choose something else because I do not think you’ll be happy with the same thing” I replied, well, if they give me well done and chewy instead of medium rare then for sure not. He kept arguing with me that it for sure was medium rare. Umm.. it was grey!! Suffice to say I waited 1.15 hours for my food and left without dinner and hungry. I will not be returning here anymore. I’ll go elsewhere to spend my money. How unfortunate.

Food is always good at OJ's, service was slow but it was pretty busy, but they did the best they could. Friendly staff.

Order a hamburger and it was burnt.

We had a great experience with our server. She was very patient with questions on food allergies and made great suggestions. I was very pleased with the soup I ordered, it is always a win to find a yummy GF and DF option in town. Not to mention they have a good selection of these options on their menu. My mom really enjoyed her lettuce wraps.

This is my first visit to this establishment. While the service was excellent and my waitress was very attentive and apologetic for the wait, I would have given a five-star rating if my drink had arrived more promptly, especially considering the restaurant's relatively low occupancy.

Had the classic crispy chicken burger, with fries and a salad. Burger was delicious and i loved the dill sauce that came with the fries. Had the dirt pie for dessert and it was great too. Service was good.

Fantastic food (I had the nashville chicken burger), and the Pickleback Ceasar was Delicious! Absolutely 10/10. 😄

Great food great service. I enjoyed myself there was sports on the tvs. That was cool too.

Excellent dining experience tonight with Lana as our server! The food was wonderful and the service was above top notch. We will definitely be coming back! Thank you for such an amazing night.

Our server was very efficient. He had a lot of tables and was able to do everything even with a smile. I am very impressed with him.
