I was eating at the restaurant having my dinner and I saw a staff lady being very rude to a skip driver. He waited there for 20 minutes and asked the lady (could you please check on the order) and she replied with a rude tone saying (it will be here when it was ready) though he was told it will get ready in few minutes when he arrived. Being DISRESPECTFUL towards people who are helping your business doesn't look like the right thing to do. Later, a group of people and asked if this person (skip driver) taken care to which another staff person just shook his hands and commented (aah, he is taken care off) which definitely shows lack of professionalism in the staff.

The service was amazing: fun, friendly and relatable. It was a perfect outing.
The chicken and mashed potatoes were delicious. Highly recommend. But the “dry ribs” were just that: dry! They were burnt. Charred. Please kindly pass the message onto the hard workers in the kitchen.

We have come here 2 nights in a row…close proximity to our hotel. Super friendly staff and the food has been fantastic. Can’t wait for a nice day to sit on the patio here

As for the atmosphere, the restaurant was a but dark for my liking but our server Natalie was absolutely fantastic! Will be back for the service and great food!

Went to Original Joe’s recently and I have to say, the place was impressively clean and had a welcoming vibe from the moment I walked in. The patio seating was a great touch—spacious, comfortable, and perfect for a nice summer day. I ended up ordering the Whiskey BBQ Bacon Cheeseburger, and everything inside the burger was honestly spot on. The patty was juicy, the condiments were flavorful and balanced, and the bacon added a perfect smoky crunch.

The only thing that held it back a bit for me was the bun—it came out cold, which really stood out because everything else was so on point. If the bun had been warmed up or lightly toasted, I think the whole burger would’ve been taken to the next level. I also ordered the poutine on the side, and that didn’t disappoint at all—crispy fries, rich gravy, and a good amount of cheese curds. Solid portion size too.

Even though the cold bun affected my rating a bit, I still enjoyed the overall experience and would definitely love to give this spot another shot. I’m only in town for a few more days, but I’m hoping to swing by again and try something else off the menu. Would be great to see how they do on a second visit.

Came in hungry. Remained hungry for about 45 minutes while waiting for food. Then, when the food came, I was disappointed. My ‘ribs’ looked like they’d been cooked by Sauron in Mount Doom. Maybe it was a bad day for them.

Second time I've ordered online and have gotten my food wrong asked for not lettuce and pickles and onions came with onions one pickle and you can see lettuce they picked off after just disgusting won't be going back

We were at the restaurant this evening on the patio. Our food was good (a bit heavy on the salt), but it took nearly an entire hour to come out and between the time we had our beverages dropped off at the table and when our food came. We were only three people, so it wasn't a huge order. People who were seated around us, after we were seated, all got their meals before ours came out.....we never saw our server. She never checked on us or even came outside for us to ask where our food was. I hailed down somebody else to ask when our food was coming. This is the second time in a row we've experienced such slow, poor, inattentive service at the restaurant. The management needs to address this because it's stopping us from wanting to revisit this location. We don't expect to be ignored by our servers, nor wait an hour for a meal. Our burgers required us to need more napkins but again, nobody was around. Waters need replenishing. I was wanting to get up myself and ask for things. Of course a tip is expected at the end of the meal; but it should not be expected when service is strongly lacking. I did tip however, although I wasn't happy about it and left feeling irritated.
