Online purchase last Thursday. Pizza on time however one of the workers dropped a dip on the floor. He picked it up, paused, and put it back into the pizza box. YUCK!!! They thought I didn't see and handed over the pizza's. Those dip holes open right into the box and that sauce was touching the food. I said no way on that one. Got a nervous apology and they made me another. Got home and the one other was luke warm. So angry. Hard to trust a restaurant after seeing that. I had to give 1 Star but they deserve 0.

Very good quality level, great "repeatness" on pizzas, always well made.
Good atmosphere with the employees, always friendly.
Personally have a dairy allergy and I often get the odd amount of cross contamination and I notice it a bit. Unfortunately just part of my life. I usually end up going in and ordering it so I get a chance to mention it (no way to mention it online). Since I've done that I've had nearly no issues with my allergy and the staff have been friendly about it. Primarily just ask for the knife to get wiped before it gets cut.
A couple staff have started remembering me and I love that but never expect it.

Do not order delivery from this location… ordered our pizza and was told our delivery time was 50 minutes to an hour. About a half an hour late when we called to see where our pizza was, we were told that they tried to deliver but failed to do so, they said they called our phone and knocked on the door but we didn’t receive any call or a knock. We clarified our number and were told that they would make us new pizzas and get it delivered to us right away. We then waited another 40 minutes after we were notified that our food was on the way so we went to the store and they told us that the guy was still on his way that he had other orders to get to first when we got back we didn’t receive a call or a knock but the driver left our cold food right in the dirt outside on our stair way. Worst experience I’ve had here…. good pizza but absolutely horrible delivery service.

This outlet is excellent in prompt and effective service. Usually pretty fast for take out orders. Their veggie korma and hola elote pizzas with tex mex spice sprinkle. What a delicious options in food for vegetarians. Absolutely loved the pizzas and customer service.

You'd be hard pressed to find a review that will alter your thoughts on a certain pizza place/chain. To each their own, however Panago never misses. Their pies are always delicious. I never feel ashamed or sick after eating far more than I should. Since moving to a plant based lifestyle, Panago continues to be #1 choice.
