I visited the store just 15 minutes before closing, and Kiran, who was working at the Summit location, was incredibly accommodating and welcoming—something that's quite rare in fast food restaurants during closing hours.

We picked up our pizza and paid for it. My child said they were thirsty as we were leaving and the guy behind the till gave her a bottle of water for free- very kind. This place will get our money for sure!

I have been dealing with Panago for several decades. 🤣 Their Panago Classic is always top notch. I have a sensitive stomach and it is a place I never regret going to. Service is great, premises are clean at Summit, Kamloops.
