The delivery was late and food was cold. When we called the guy said there was a glitch in the system. This is second time ordering from here since we moved and it will be our last. The papa John from our hometown was one of my favorite places and always good so it sad that this one couldn't be at their standards.

I’ve never experienced such poor management at a pizza place. The staff looked completely disorganized and overwhelmed, clearly due to a lack of proper leadership. My order was late, wrong, and cold—and when I brought it up, the manager was rude and dismissive, offering no solution or apology. It’s obvious that no one’s being trained properly or held accountable. This Papa John’s location seriously needs new management if they want customers to come back.

Crust is dry and so tough, I was chewing forever. EXTREMELY cheap on toppings. We ordered three pizzas and each was really stingy on toppings. For example - 5 tiny pieces (<1cm) of green pepper on an entire pizza, couldn't even find the bacon at all, 8 pieces of pepperoni... Custom request was also not followed. Sauce was meh, not much flavour. This was the third time I've eaten here - I keep hoping I got them on a bad day so I kept trying again - but it seems to be consistently bad. I won't be trying again. The only pizza I've tried that's worse, would be dominos, but at least dominos is cheap!

I have only ordered from here a couple of times. The customer service is great. The staff greeted me upon entrance and they even *smile* and look at me when they are talking to me. I called back today because I forgot to get a receipt for my delivery, and he was very good about it - even taking the time to ask me how we enjoyed our order.
