Horrible experience. Was ignored for 5 minutes after 2 employees seen me out front. An employee came from the back with her mouth full of food and was chewing with her mouth open while talking to me. Absolutley disgusting. I had a gift card i called in about earlier. When I showed it to them they tried to tell me it was not for pita pit when pita pit is clearly stated on the card. They then called a number and spent 10 minutes on the phone and we're trying to take my order while on the phone. 2 other were waiting in line at this time and were not acknowledged. They ended up walking out. And over top of the eating out front and chewing abnoxiosly with a mouth full of food the one employee was cooking non pita pit food in the fryer while the other was making my order. Will not return. AWEFUL EXPERIENCE.

Horrible service at the tranquil road pita pit today. Female worker left me standing at the counter for over 5 minutes, then came out chewing a mouthful of food, and said whatchew want? Very ignorant to deal with. Very slapped together wraps will not be returning.

Understaffed. Doubled a smoothie by adding orange juice. Didn’t taste like a tropical escape, it tasted like orange juice. The smoothie was then remade without juice, making it undrinkable..
The ladies in the white suv were sharing a cigarette in the store. One foot inside, holding the door open, exhaling inside. This location needs security to contend with the addicts..
