Talked to the owner this morning and did an order for my daughter's 6th birthday party. Pizza was fresh and ready right on time.
They cut it into smaller pieces for me as there were nineteen 6 and 7 year olds at my place. Kids absolutely devoured it!

We just picked up our three medium pizzas and they were delicious!! My family and I were really impressed with the toppings and the taste. A good pizza at a fair price is hard to find these days and these guys have it !!T-jay the manager so friendly and personal the staff were all ready to serve . I recommend you give them a try I’m glad I did.

EDIT: As expected, the owner never reached out personally to discuss the experience or make it right. It makes sense now why this pizza place is as bad as it is, the owner doesn't care about the service or the product that they serve, only the persona that they show online.
There must be a lot of paid Reviews in here. I ordered 2 Hawaiian pizzas for their BOGO promotion.
I received one Hawaiian and one deluxe maybe? My thoughts are, instead of BOGO, why don't you just make 1 half decent pizza and sell it for the same price? It isn't really a BOGO when you split the amount of sauce and cheese and toppings normal places would use for one pie and put it on two crusts and call it a BOGO deal.

Hot chicken wings were very salty. The pizza itself was not well baked; the crust was too thick and the butter chicken sauce lacked flavor. Overall, the meal did not meet my expectations. I hope they can improve their recipes and quality control in the future.

Lady working (Shri im the worst with names) was very happy and cheerful and was very respectful it was my first time buying from here but heard good things from a friend. Anyways long story short great service id go just to just see the pizza babe;) haha but seriously though the pizza is really really good bought the supreme deluxe wasn’t disappointed def will be going back!! :):)

Gross. Horrible customer service!!!!!!!!!!!!! Paid for food and it some was not delivered when I called backed they said they ran out.... well why did not say that when I ordered. What cows. The food is absolutely disgusting.... the language barrier was even worse...... never again will I order from there what thieves!!!!!!! As if people can even really afford to eat out these days. What a disappointment. 0 stars!!! (I'd rather eat dog food)
Oh man this place is so good. We have ordered a handful of times and never disappointed. Crust , sauce and toppings are fabulous. We love how it's not greasy and the pizza doesnt flop over when picking up . and so look forward to trying more things.

I went and ordered my pizza on the location in North Hills Mall…found it very clean and organized. The young lady who served me was very pleasant and helpful. Waited 15 minutes for my order and can tell you this was one of the best pizzas I have had in a long time. Good amount of toppings, spicy and so much flavour… the way I like my crust. This is now my spot for great tasting pizza in Kamloops, can’t wait to try the Indian flavoured pizzas as well!
