Worst customer service experience, the Pakistani national at the desk charging for the paper bag, the other day he was fighting with another coworker for his share in Tip money. Couple of times get online delivery as well all without any proper packaging delivering food directly in containers no matter how they would be handled by delivery person might have running nose or some short of infection leading to transfer to customers. Advise people to avoid this restaurant if care for own and family health

It was a very busy night and we grabbed it to take home. Found the pizza was not up to the normal standard we had normally received.
Update: they reached out to me and have made good on a credit for the same amount to come back and try again

It would be really nice after years of ordering hit and miss orders and not once have I been given anything free from pizza hut nothing ? And I drive 15 km cause they don't deliver our area .

I find the staff are pleasant to deal with and the pizza is always first class. I've never had to wait longer for pickup, is always ready at the time that was being told would be ready. I personally can't ask for better.

We were told ten min. Went to get to shows 2 min till ready on sign board then all of a sudden changes to 10 min find out I was pushed aside for owners friend to get his order before mine. Very unprofessional and disappointing that a manager would do this.

I visited this place on the evening of December 29th around 10 PM to grab a pizza, and unfortunately, I had a disappointing experience. The lady at the counter was extremely rude and seemed to be showing unnecessary attitude. I also noticed that she was treating the delivery driver poorly, which left me even more unsettled. It's frustrating when service staff behave this way, and it definitely impacted my visit. I didn't catch her name, but the experience was unpleasant and I hope management takes note of this behavior.

Pizza was great. Delivery service promptly and friendly. My only complaint is to have an item corrected (my mistake and I would happily pay) the charge for delivery was $18.20. I understand delivery charges however after spending 80 dollars on dinner and one charge for delivery an additional $18 20 is insane.
