If your in the mood to dine in and over 1 hour to get your pizza your in luck. The service was not good and the manger was rude to us when we asked why it took so long. I recommend going to another pizza place there are more in the area!

I just happened upon this place because the food I had gone in to town for had not worked out. I was going to leave BUT I was greeted by the loveliest lady (long dark hair in a braid) and her customer service was soooooo outstanding I ordered. She deserves so much recognition for her customer service. It also didn’t hurt that the Greek salad she made me was delicious!!

Walking in to the restaurant and there's not a single staff member to greet us and take our order. Waited around for 5 minutes and then left. The customer service here has gotten so bad unfortunately.

I ordered their veggie dog at lunch hour. It was 13 dollars plus change, without tip (I did tip because thats just what you do). They said it would take 5-10 minutes to prepare. After 20 minutes waiting (only one other customer in that time getting a to-go slice of pizza) the hot dog came out. In that time the cook managed to make and bring out an entire pizza for to-go orders. When I went to then eat the hot dog, it was a Yves veggie dog, the cheapest you can possibly buy for a veggie dog, and not gourmet in the slightest (they advertise gourmet hot dogs on their menu). Would not go again. There is another gourmet hot dog stand just up the street. I'd recommend there instead.

I couldn't do it man. These guys messed up my order and it was short 1 dip. I got it refunded through uber eats and then called in to know what was up. I'm not the kind of person to shy away from a confrontation, I like to resolve problems. The person that answered struck me as a very well mannered kid who was just trying to make a living like all of us. I couldn't even lose my patience. He handled me like an expert. I let him off and hung up. He called me Sir and everything. Offered to make it up to me. I can't even be mad. He wanted to get my information so that next time he could make sure I got extra dips. He got me. I didn't even care about the money. What's $2 for a dip to me? Nothing really. It's just the principle. And he got that. Top notch triple A service. Give this kid a raise please.

The pizza slices I got were cold, the waitress took too long to come out, she was too hyper, staff appropriately.

We ordered take out after a long day at a swim meet. I thought some pizza and a salad would be nice and easy for the kids. While the pizza was fine, the “Greek salad” actually made me feel embarrassed to have spent that amount of money for not much more than romaine lettuce and a few olives. Cucumbers, tomatoes? No sir. I understand vegetables are expensive but this was really disappointing. My mistake for expecting more, I suppose. Lesson learned! The staff were nice though and the pizza, like I said, was ok.

My wife and I have over the years have eaten here. A key component in any pizza is the quality of the crust. Take the word of my wife and I, the crust we find at Pizza Pi is “top shelf”. We ordered pizza and were very pleased. It was no problem for one pizza to be customized to our preferences. I highly recommend the pizza at this restaurant. In our opinion, the best pizza in Kamloops!!
