Walked in here and staff didn’t say anything to me. No hello. Nothing. I stood and waited to order for 3-4 mins and they just stood there. It’s like they don’t have brains. I actually felt GOOD about saying no tip. Just “what you want” no manners or even a basic hello was had. Do better, if you’re going to work in customer service at least learn how to say hello.

Horrible experience today I went in to get BOGO free burrito or bowl the girl wouldn’t give me a bowl even when I showed her it said so and told her I can’t cause I’m celiac and she wouldn’t listen and was very rude. This was today at 6:45 I wish she just would’ve listened when I explained to just put it in a bowl but she complained about per portions were different like common.

I usually don’t have a problem with this place however lately the service has been terrible. Not only that, but for some reason the cooks don’t realize that when they take the burrito off of the stove top and straight into the paper wrap half of the tortilla gets stuck to the paper making it impossible to take the wrapping off. This may not be a big deal to most however when you’re a burrito lover such as myself, this MATTERS. please I hope the owner or the front line cook do something about this because it genuinely is making me want to find somewhere else to source out my burrito cravings. And I do NOT want to resort to mucho burrito or Taco Bell PLSSSS DO BETTER I LOVE QUESADA BUT THIS ONE DETAIL IS PUSHING ME TO MY LIMIT

I ordered on skip and they had given me rotten guacamole and filled it barley half way, didn’t give me the tortilla chips I added I will never be ordering from here again as I was to scared to even eat the burrito after seeing that guacamole.

Very less quantity. I live in Calgary and the staff happily adds as per our choice. However the staff here is hesitant to add anything that we ask for.
Thought I would give them a shot. Purchased on of their bowls with chicken. Chicken was not very good quality and the corn seemed like it was days old. Price to portion ratio was not good value either. For the same price I could go to Chopped leaf and experience QUALITY. Wont be going back.
