Sensational. The brewer trained in Austria and is a master of German styles. His Belgians, however, are why you come here. Get thee a flight of dubbels and trippels, and then sink into some pints.This is as good as Brassneck in Vancouver.

Hope Red Collar can solve the "where can I safely park my bicycle" problem soon. Was told an "incident" on the patio lead to banning bikes on the patio. (Wonder what kind of incident would lead to this over reaction!) No bike parking stations. Nowhere safe to lock it up. Went to McCracken's (just down the road). No problem leaving my bike on THEIR patio.

Service not the greatest or welcoming. The server described the beer as "that one is hard to describe" is it a IPA Or Lager? Also, never once came by to ask if we wanted anything again or offered anything. He was too busy with his friends serving them. For dog people, we sdat out in .the heat with our dog. They let your dogs on the outside patio when you think its inside. A cat and a dog roam inside but your pet isn't allowed. So if it has to do with the restaurant portion, animals are inside the establishment. Also. They let aggressive dogs inside, and our 6 month old 16lb puppy was almost attacked by a big pitbull who the girl couldn't even control. Its likely to think the dogs they allow will injure a person, kid or another animal. The beers are not that good, cold or anything special. It's your typical hipster brewery with no good service. I'd give it no stars if I could.
