We were staying at the Coast Hotel and were looking for a quick bite to eat. Romeo's seemed like a good option. Got a table for 4 right away. And our server got us set up with waters and menus.
The drinks came and they had mixed up one. So that ha be redone. The other drinks were find.
For the meal we split a Quinoa salad. It was okay, good size portion, but hardly had any quinoa. Someone else got the Seafood Chowder, and the Salad with Shrimp. They also were okay, but not inspiring.
We felt like we needed some dessert (to finish on a high note). A hot fudge sundae, and sticky toffee pudding. The order for the ice cream came out wrong (they put on caramel sauce instead), and had to be redone. The sticky toffee pudding was good.
Overall, a somewhat disappointing experience. Not a place that we would likely come back too.
We went here for dinner as a group during a business conference in Kamloops. I ordered the brussel sprouts to start, and the chicken meal for my main. Surprisingly, it was actually really good. The service was good too.
The sticky Toffee pudding was divine, nice waitress and good salad with yummy spicy cajan chicken
Romeo’s used to be my favorite place. Me n the bestie would go every Friday but then the menu changed and became really small. They took away the pizzas (WHY) they were so good. The wing then became our favorite and they also removed those off the menu. Food is great but the menu is super small and next to nothing for gluten free so half my friends can’t even eat there really.
We had stopped Kamloops for the night and decided to.have dinner at Romeos. Since we have eaten at this place a few yrs ago, we thought we would try it again and also it was very close to our hotel.
My husband had ordered beef stew with pastry, which was okay. I had, however ordered a Ceasars salad. I requested not to have Ceasars dressing since I don't like anchovies but if they could add more croutons and I added cajun chicken for an additional $3.00. She actually said yes. When the salad was served, it looked sad and nothing out of the ordinary. Chicken was over cooked and dry, salad literally had 6 strands of onions, a little parmesan and no croutons. When I asked, she said we don't have any croutons. How can you have Ceasars on the menu and have no croutons? It was most certainly over priced for the way it was served. $25.00 for a salad that was worse than store bought. I was very disappointed and wouldn't actually come back.
Well I was very excited to try this place, The Brussels sprouts appetizers and Southwest salad was good.
Super disappointed with the roasted lamb.
It seem like was not cooked long enough, I had one bite basically. Don’t waste your money on the lamb!
Amazing service from Tiana and Erin. faves include: Friday flights Romeo's Caesar Mimosa flight Breakfast in Morocco Pad Thai Southwestern salad Turkey club Panini Halibut and chips Steak
Went to Romeo's for dinner after a long travel day. Staff were fantastic. Very pleasant and looked they were enjoying themselves. Food, not so great. Ordered Brussel sprouts with apricot vinaigrette. It was burnt. Couldn't even taste the Brussel sprouts. Person with me had spaghetti and said it was really greasy. We wouldn't go for dinner any time soon.
This is one of our favorite places to go with friends to have good conversation or when we feel like a quieter place to go eat. The food is consistently well prepared. Service is pretty good as well. I would definitely recommend for a nice relaxing meal if you want a place that doesn't feel like they have too much going on.
We had a large group and a reservation for dinner. We were very disappointed in all dishes ordered. Not good food at all and price was insane! We will not be back.

Fantastic view and the Gumbo was spicy enough!!
Was really excited to get dinner from here with my fiance for valentines day and unfortunately was extremely let down. I ordered a ceasar salad and it was JUST lettuce and parmesean. Thats it. It came with dressing and the dressing was good but $23.00 for lettuce and parmesean....thats absurd. I also ordered chicken in my salad and did not get any of that. Super unfortunate as all the reviews were wonderful and we were very excited to dine here but we were really disappointed. On the flip side the staff was very pleasant at the front.
We originally were going to go to a pub across the street, but it was packed, so we went to Romeo’s. We received a friendly greeting when we entered, and got a great seat in the bar so we could watch the Canada vs US game. Food was great, service was outstanding. Highly recommend if you are in Kamloops, BC.
Went to Romeo’s for our anniversary and enjoyed it a lot. The service was very good, prompt and friendly, informative server. Food was awesome. Had the meatloaf with grits and it was likely the best meatloaf I’ve ever had. My wife had the pad Thai and totally loved it. We also had the cheesy naan bread and the dip it comes with is off the charts. Each time we’ve been here we’ve always come away very impressed with the quality of the food and the great service. Highly recommend
I travel to Kamloops four times a year for a week at a time and always stay at this hotel. Every morning is spent at Romeo’s having breakfast and usually taking my meetings in a booth. This place consistently delivers a good ambiance, good food and good service.
Erin, the morning lead staff, manages to make this dining experience feel like home. I never feel rushed or disrupted and when she asks how I’m doing, you can tell it’s genuine.
Love starting my days here!
