It’s a hidden gem located in the Royal Inland Hospital. They serve JJ Bean’s coffee and are really doing a great job! It’s definitely not a common place you would go for a coffee (in a hospital😅) but if you happen to be in that area or work in the facility, this is THE PLACE where you get a good cup of coffee.
Parking: We spend $1.5 for one hour parking - not visiting the hospital but purely for the COFFEE. Definitely worth it:)

5 bucks for a cup of coffee. Not bad coffee at least
This place is inside a hospital, clearly NOT Sacred.
Love sacred grounds! Bit pricy for food but it’s all delicious. They used to have the best hot chocolate but I noticed recently they changed it and it’s not the same! Pls bring the old one back!
Friendliest staff ever and always efficient.

The owner of this business treats his employees like garbage.
It was not busy and he hovered over the staff and scolded them after each transaction.
The staff on the other hand were very polite and professional
The owner served me my food. He was unpleasant and the food was cold.
I didn’t want to complain because I thought he may take it out on the staff.

This place has a good variety of drinks and snacks. However, their hand hygiene is not good. I have seen the male worker wipe his nose started making drinks without washing his hands. He has also physically taken gum out of him mouth with his hands and packaged my sandwich without washing his hands. The hand hygiene is a 0/10. Scary to know how they handle things behind the scenes
Way pricey for coffee, however, their pre-made chicken alfredo was a great price and good quality =)
Way too expensive

Lovely friendly staff... but a small mocha was over $7 (including a tip), and not too great. All the chocolate flavour was at the bottom of the drink... I guess make sure to stir your beverage! Again, lovely friendly staff. A little pricey for a marginal beverage though.
The food and drink is decent and conveniently located inside Royal Inland Hospital. The staff and service are always fast and friendly Which is refreshing and creates a nice atmosphere. If you find yourself at the hospital do yourself a favor and try them out.

The large redhead woman working down there on the evening of July 19th and 20th is downright rude and unfriendly, and does not know what an extra hot mocha is. I have attended there for 4 mochas in the last couple days, and she refuses to make it any hotter than lukewarm. If you know how the milk sounds getting steamed, it is obvious that she does not know how to use the steamer. The noise gets lower and deeper as the milk gets hotter. She does not even let it make any noise. It seems that she is doing it purposefully to me because of my asking for it extra hot.Service with a scowl from her is what I received, despite my politeness and giving her a tip each transaction. If I wasn't a captive customer due to the hospital location, I would just go elsewhere without this review. She is rude and unfriendly, I would replace her if it was my decision. There are a couple of staff down there who make better drinks, and are polite to the customers.Perhaps management can hire one or two of their friends to replace the rude woman who wouldn't know extra hot if it fell on her foot. She glares at me like she wants to fight me, she is that bad of an employee.

Banana bread to die for. Service is always great, coffee yum. Taste like coffee, not water.
