They are extremely stingy with their meat portions here, and if you're looking for exotic foods, their are many restaurants in Kamloops with much better, cheaper, and much larger portions. I ordered the 22$ Beef kebab platter, and the 10.50$ beef roll. for the Beef Kebab Platter, they gave a lot of rice but the kebabs measured a good 3 inches long and 1 inch in diameter, very small. The only item that had flavor was the kebabs, this dish IS NOT WORTH 22$ BEWARE. The beef roll was also extremely skinny and had a bland taste reminiscent to hospital food, not worth 10.50$. BEWARE OF THIS ESTABLISHMENT.

Me and my friends We went to Kamloops for a short trip from Vancouver and we were looking for a halal restaurant in Kamloops. Luckily we found this hidden gem. We ordered their top famous Chicken biriani, Beef Karahi, Butter chicken & Mango lassi. I would highly recommend to try out their Chicken biriani, Mango lassi and beef karahi!! It was Delicious and top notch 100/100. There was Amna who served us and she greeted us nicely. With a sweet smile she took our orders. Must visit this place ??

We really enjoyed our dinner at Spezia. The food was so delicious (though a bit on the spicy side), and the person at the counter was very friendly and welcoming. We would definitely return!

Seems like there are a lot of reviews bragging about this restaurant are fake or made up. I am from Houston Tx and traveling from Jasper to Vancouver with my family. Based on the reviews were miss lead. The location is a ghetto place inside a food court. The quality of the food was not what was bragged about.Kebabs were previously cooked and warmed up.The Naan were frozen and warmed on a pan.Daal Makhany, if you do not know how to make a daal Makhany you should close the shop.Chicken Karahi has uncooked onions. Who on earth put stir onion in a chicken Karahi you could easily spot. The only fresh item was Mango Lassi and plain rice.Prices are higher than then an average restaurant.Give your self a favor and do not even try by just looking at the reviews.Comment after response from the owner: how can you justify the frozen naan and Not fully cooked onions in chicken Karahi? These are against the basics of Desi food industry. It is still beyond my expectations that so many people like this food. But I wish you good luck.

Their food is good in terms of mughlai cuisine. It's pretty close to the real deal but still lacks authenticity. I personally find food over oily which is a big no for me. Once in a while it's a good option.

Serving Frozen food. Not enough tasty. Naan too are frozen. Not tasty at all. Dining place is full of mosquitoes. You can’t barely sit and eat. I am planning to dine in but after looking at unhealthy environment I decided to take out. Costly as compared to taste. No salad with food

We visited based on recommendations. The food is excellent quality. Portions sizes are quite large. Trust their recommendations - I was really pleased with the chicken biryani. The Mango lassi was the perfect match for the spice level.

The chicken cheesy paratha is SO good! I ordered one for takeout and immediately wished I had ordered more, it was THAT good, but even if I had ordered more, I wouldn't have been able to finish it because a single order was so filling! Seriously, I loved it so much that I'm already thinking of when I can next plan a trip to Kamloops from Vancouver just so I can have it again ?

The food was so bad had to come write a review….. from the garlic naan to the mayo fries everything tasted frozen, the mutton curry tasted like tomatoes and only had 2 cubbed pieces of mutton. All the food we had seemed like it was cooked at least a day ago. Bottom line is, I’m never eating from there again.

They have the best quality food and everything is %100 halal. I also really like that they are open till 11pm. It helped a lot especially during Ramadan! There burgers are very delicious and hand made. Looking forward to eating here again

It is an okayish restaurant but especially with the chicken and fish dishes that i tried, i noticed there’s an off smell. Its the smell every meat has before its cooked and it goes away when you cook it well with the right kind of spices. The chicken biryani is super dry here, also the chicken from it had that off smell and taste.Tried their food 4-5 times, different dishes, hoping for it to get better and also because it used to be the only restaurant available at the late hour. Provided regular feedbacks once even on the call but the woman who answered the call told me that’s how its supposed to be, they don’t seem to take feedbacks well just like every other reply on the negative reviews here on google.Correction: I removed the part where i mentioned fish, i checked and it was some other restaurant, but the rest of the review still belongs to this restaurant. Can’t mistake that lol.

The Biryani and the butter chicken were hands down the best items. The new additions to the menu were good too, Shaikh served us and I gotta say I haven't had a kinder welcome. It's a really nice place. Must recommend if your on the road. Nice location, good food, and great staff!

I don’t know what was up with the curry I got, but the only “chicken” in the dish was pieces of the carcass? There was only three pieces and all of them were just bones. Not to mention a bunch of smaller bones at the bottom. Had to throw out

A decent outlet to crave out Biryani and other dishes.I tried the Spezia Special Chicken Biryani, one of the best in Kamloops with an affordable price. Quantity is more than enough for a person.Overall a very good restaurant with yummy biriyani. I really loved it...Ideal for students who miss their home food especially biriyani...

Had Briyani from Spezia which was quite delicious. Mango lassi is also pretty great over here and it's not too pricy at all. You can get pretty good mains and starters from here and another must try would be the platters they offer like Kababs. Besides the food they are open for quite late and that helps your cravings if it's coming quite late night compare to the usual Kamloops food places. The staff might not sound too sweet but they are really amazing people inside and they want what's best for the customers. Really a recommended take away place.
