“Great downtown location which happened to be a 2 minute walk from the Sandman Hotel I was staying in. There isn’t a lot of seating inside, but it is divided up into 7 tables, so if you’re a solo sipper, hopefully you’ll get a seat (There’s outside patio seating as well). Staff were friendly and wait time was reasonable at 6:45 AM for a coffee and a muffin. It’s right next to the railway line, but thankfully there a pedestrian walkway over the tracks.“

“I love coming here with fmaily , staff is very respectful and the atmosphere is really nice. I find mornings are really busy, especially when it's school time. Parking is usually busy and kinda hard to park for some people. The seating area is nice and has enough space.
