Starbucks in Kamloops

“I’ve lived in Kamloops for 6 years now, and aside the location TRU I’ve been to every Starbucks in the city multiple times. I go out of my way now to visit this location the most. Hands down this has been the best location since it’s open. The coffee is consistently up to standard, the staff are not only super friendly but also very efficient. I find this Starbucks wait time significantly shorter than the others despite being frequently busy.“

“I never thought a Starbucks would get 5/5 stars from me, but here we are. My partner and I entered the store to use the wifi, so I bought a sandwich. While we were their a couple dropped BOTH of their drinks within a 5 minute timespan. Upon the first spill, I waved down an employee who called their manager. I was very impressed to see the manager herself handling a spill, but most impressively, the first question asked was, "Did you get burned? Did any spill on you?" and she offered clean dry cloths for all customers involved in the spill, which shows the utmost care for customers to me. The mess was mopped up, and as soon as the mop was put away (and this customer had their drink remade for free!), the other person spilled their drink. I was extremely impressed that the same care and patience was taken for this spill that occurred immediately after (and she got her drink remade for free as well)!
I will also add that my partner and I got free drinks awhile after since they were training (which is not a typical occurrence), but was a fantastic cherry-on-top of our experience here. Also, the bathrooms were small but well-kept!“

“Food and coffee was great. What you'd expect from any Starbucks franchise. Service was excellent. The staff was so friendly and helpful. Tucked into a single table along the booths and had a good reliable connection to the wifi for meetings for a couple hours. Thanks to the staff for being so accommodating.“

“I stopped on my way to lower-mainland in Kamloops for a nice latte on my drive. I was so pleased with a gentleman named Sherkar? I am not sure exact spelling, but he went out of his way to make me a new coffee because my boyfriend ordered the wrong one. The woman originally helped me didn’t make much of an effort. I appreciate your kind service and going out of your way to make me happy. Thank you.“

“I wanted to put in a review for the cheerful gentleman that is always at the Drive Thru window named Darren. He has a knack of lifting people's spirits on any giving day and has a really, really great sense of humour. You have a fantastic employee there and I hope he is treated very well!“

“I moved about 5-6 months ago and I miss this Starbucks. Julian or Vern were always my barista whenever I came in. They always brightened my day, I can’t thank them enough for making my coffees. If you need a true pick-me-up the staff are always there to fill your cup. I miss yall ??“
