It's a Starbucks. You can take for granted that they'll be clean and deliver a consistent product at a high price point. You get what you pay for.

The Barista staff are wonderful but the manager, Chris (I saw their name on their name tag). She is extremely rude, I find that she is consistently glaring at me everytime I come in. I do greet which ever staff member kindly when they take my order.
I have also noticed the way she seems to glare and make underhanded comments towards other staff members in front of customers as well as glaring at other staff. It is really unexpected and upsetting that a manager is allowed to be able to treat staff members in such a way without any sort of repercussions or accountability for her actions.

I never thought a Starbucks would get 5/5 stars from me, but here we are. My partner and I entered the store to use the wifi, so I bought a sandwich. While we were their a couple dropped BOTH of their drinks within a 5 minute timespan. Upon the first spill, I waved down an employee who called their manager. I was very impressed to see the manager herself handling a spill, but most impressively, the first question asked was, "Did you get burned? Did any spill on you?" and she offered clean dry cloths for all customers involved in the spill, which shows the utmost care for customers to me. The mess was mopped up, and as soon as the mop was put away (and this customer had their drink remade for free!), the other person spilled their drink. I was extremely impressed that the same care and patience was taken for this spill that occurred immediately after (and she got her drink remade for free as well)!
I will also add that my partner and I got free drinks awhile after since they were training (which is not a typical occurrence), but was a fantastic cherry-on-top of our experience here. Also, the bathrooms were small but well-kept!

A friend and myself, went to this location. My friend has a service dog. Has the vest and the paperwork to prove it. Her dog was well behaved. We had bought our drinks on a hot summer day, trying to beat the heat. The manager, (whom I unfortunately did not get her name). Came up to us, while we were dealing my child. Had asked “has the dog been here the entire time?” We had been sitting for at least 30 minutes. We reply “yes” She then told us that the dog couldn’t be in here due to food, that it’s a restaurant. My friend explained that she’s a service dog. The manager said ”it’s their policy” The dog can’t be in here.
Then why does it say on the window of this establishment that it says “we welcome service animals”

So be aware that this establishment does not welcome service animals, therefore you are not welcomed even as a paying customer.
We both felt very uncomfortable, rushed, both us felt anxious. When both of us were paying customers.

Conveniently located, close to hotels and services downtown. Friendly staff and consistent quality. Drive-Through is easily accessible. I typically use the Starbucks app for ordering ahead and enjoy the fats and uncomplicated service.

Did a mobile order and chose drive thru pickup by accident. Came into the store and told the front staff we decided to pick up in store instead. So we waited at the mobile order pickup spot for 15 min before one of the baristas finally asked us if we were waiting for a drink. I told them what happened and they finally got us our drinks which had been waiting in the back since before we got here. We ordered before we got to the store in time for our pickup time so in total waited 30 MINUTES FOR NO REASON. The barista didn't even say anything when she handed us our drinks. So mind blowingly rude. This experience ruined my morning and I will never come back to this location. Sat Apr 6 2024 between 9-9:30AM.

I like the location BUT the staff there is very slow at making drinks. There has been more than 5 times where we had to wait 20 minutes for our drink and it wasn’t even that busy. They also got my order wrong multiple times. I’m not impressed with how slow the business is.
