I was just in to grab a warm treat for my boys and I. We were greeted by the most friendly staff from the team member behind the register to the member building our beverages at the coffee bar. They all went above and beyond when it comes to customer service and building my children up. They complimented their matching Christmas outfits, spoke to them directly, drew characters on their cups and mine. For a large corporation it felt like a “ma and pa” kind of place.

Lovely baristas and quick drivethrough, but the location is less than ideal. Right next to the train tracks and there are often houseless people passed out on the patio or in the cafe.

Put in order and took over 20min to get two drinks. They catered to mobile orders and drive through. There was a craft fair going on and it was busy but management should have responded to this and had more staff scheduled. The craft fair had been advertised for months.

I had the best customer service at the drive thru on Lansdowne Street-thank you to Harl. I think everyone got his name wrong and called him Harry. Thank you to him-he was amazing! Best smile, super friendly, kind and best service. Simply the best!!!

A bunch of kids working here making wrong drinks. They want you to take the wrong horrible orders that they made you. And they have the attitude about it too. Face and voice. Two orders and both were completely wrong. Remade and still wrong again. Smh

I understand the policy is no dogs but if someone wants to order food quickly with their dog and then step out, what is the problem? It gives off a poor customer service vibe. I have been to plenty of Starbucks where they are kind to let me order my food and drinks and then I step out once I have my things. My husband had to step out with the dog and call me to tell me what he wanted to order and I had to juggle many things (food and drinks) in my hands while traveling. I can respect your policy but let people properly order their things with their dog before stepping out and eating outside.
I have ordered a cup of flat white and mini pancakes.Unfortunately,I’ve got my mini pancakes in a dirty plate. That was really disappointing.I put them on a napkin.Coffee was okay but I can not rate my order more than 3. Fast service never means low quality I believe. And this is not my first experience here. I hope to see more improvement in your services.

Great downtown location which happened to be a 2 minute walk from the Sandman Hotel I was staying in. There isn’t a lot of seating inside, but it is divided up into 7 tables, so if you’re a solo sipper, hopefully you’ll get a seat (There’s outside patio seating as well). Staff were friendly and wait time was reasonable at 6:45 AM for a coffee and a muffin. It’s right next to the railway line, but thankfully there a pedestrian walkway over the tracks.
