Did a mobile order and chose drive thru pickup by accident. Came into the store and told the front staff we decided to pick up in store instead. So we waited at the mobile order pickup spot for 15 min before one of the baristas finally asked us if we were waiting for a drink. I told them what happened and they finally got us our drinks which had been waiting in the back since before we got here. We ordered before we got to the store in time for our pickup time so in total waited 30 MINUTES FOR NO REASON. The barista didn't even say anything when she handed us our drinks. So mind blowingly rude. This experience ruined my morning and I will never come back to this location. Sat Apr 6 2024 between 9-9:30AM.

I like the location BUT the staff there is very slow at making drinks. There has been more than 5 times where we had to wait 20 minutes for our drink and it wasn’t even that busy. They also got my order wrong multiple times. I’m not impressed with how slow the business is.

Place is garbage. If spending 7 bucks for a drink wasn’t a slap enough. I was the ONLY person in the store. They gave me my one coffee, then made me wait about 15 minutes for my next one because “they do them in order”.So a pile of mobile orders that are just sitting there are just building up, while I site with my one coffee waiting for my second one.I can understand that system if there were 20 people in the store, do them as they come in…. But I’m the ONLY person in the store. Make my coffee and get back to your phantom orders. D****
Rudest barista ever dealt with at SB. Nasty girl who messes up 2/3 drinks, scowls with thunder face. We said thank you 3 times and she ignored us all! This store needs to be twice the size, with twice the staff for its downtown location! Drive thru is a joke.WARNING! If you are in any hurry, do not use this location between 8:30-9 am! Expect at least a 20 minute wait for mobile orders, in store or drive thru.**These poor girls are run off their feet! I have to give them 2 thumbs up for their cheerfulness in such a stressful, rushed morning! Way to go everyone ?
