I wanted to bring to your guys attention an issue I encountered during my visit to Starbucks a few days ago. There is an employee named “Steph” who was very rude to me and another DoorDash, skip driver. When I mentioned the customer's name, he was making fun of me, I also showed him the name. which felt unprofessional and disrespectful. As a DoorDash driver, I was disappointed by how I was treated, and this should be addressed.

I love coming here with fmaily , staff is very respectful and the atmosphere is really nice. I find mornings are really busy, especially when it's school time. Parking is usually busy and kinda hard to park for some people. The seating area is nice and has enough space.

I frequent this location and always order a grande dark roast black, quite often they are out of dark roast around 9 am and the server wants to top up my dark roast with pike, I am not a pike drinker. The other annoying part about ordering at the counter at this location is that the server’s priority is getting food prepared for the drive through as I have to wait and a lineup builds up behind me, makes me feel like I am not important. There has to be a better way

I wanted to put in a review for the cheerful gentleman that is always at the Drive Thru window named Darren. He has a knack of lifting people's spirits on any giving day and has a really, really great sense of humour. You have a fantastic employee there and I hope he is treated very well!

This place is wicked busy! Anytime I show up, unless it’s 7am, there’s a huge line both inside and in the drive-thru. I think they do a decent job moving people through, but it’s still quite a wait. The parking situation is awful—such a small, crowded lot.
As for the drinks, they’ve been pretty inconsistent. I always order a caramel ribbon crunch frappuccino, but the one in the photo below is the only time it was made correctly. Most of the time, it’s missing something—caramel, whipped topping, or the crunchy stuff? Haha ... or it has no flavor.
That said, the staff has always been really nice, no matter how busy they are. They’re polite and correct any mistakes without attitude or frustration, which I really appreciate.
Not good experience, as I mostly perfect to order from app and drive thru pickup, it haapen to me 3 times like I need less ice to my drink but they always add extra even after request and drink like dragon fruit and pink drink if if like to have 2 3 scoops for fruits they never include those. Not even one properly. It happen to me all 3 times.
