Afternoon shift needs to get it together! I come here all the time in the morning with zero issues but today at 6pm there are three young ladies working and we stood st the till for over 5 minutes before we were even acknowledged. Not busy, staff in the middle of a conversation with each other. Drinks were made fine bur the attitude we were given just for wanting to place our order was completely uncalled for.
After forgetting my drip coffee order, I was disappointed with the coffee I received. Think it had been sitting in the urn for some time.

I donāt know if the people here canāt read or what but the last to time so ordered they have delivered me the incorrect order as u can see in the image below I did not say caramel ribbon crunch frappe i asked for a mocha cookie crumble because personally I dislike caramel and the time before I ordered the new strawberry matcha strato and received a strawberry cream frappe in venti this is extremely annoying.

I wanted to bring to your guys attention an issue I encountered during my visit to Starbucks a few days ago. There is an employee named āStephā who was very rude to me and another DoorDash, skip driver. When I mentioned the customer's name, he was making fun of me, I also showed him the name. which felt unprofessional and disrespectful. As a DoorDash driver, I was disappointed by how I was treated, and this should be addressed.
