I’ve lived in Kamloops for 6 years now, and aside the location TRU I’ve been to every Starbucks in the city multiple times. I go out of my way now to visit this location the most. Hands down this has been the best location since it’s open. The coffee is consistently up to standard, the staff are not only super friendly but also very efficient. I find this Starbucks wait time significantly shorter than the others despite being frequently busy.

Just ordered a vanilla blonde latte. Apparently there is one without the word “Vanilla” in it which means no pumps of syrup for sweetener!???? NEVER heard of this unless you ask with no syrup. Online where is only one “vanilla blonde latte(hot)” you can also get this cold. They had to remake it bc they kept forgetting to put sugar/syrup and said thats how its made. Your customer knows the drinks available better than you dont tell me its made with out syrup when its not, unless you ask. There is only one vanilla blonde latte.And yes it has syrup in it you can see online.That was so confusing as a regular customer. i just looked at my App you charged me for a “caffe Latte” look at your cameras thats not what I ordered! Wow

That was probably the worst customer experience ever. I don’t usually leave bad reviews but that was quite ridiculous. I mobile ordered my food and drink and the location was shut down for a city water thing. Fine not an huge deal. I then got rerouted to this location. He opens the window and goes here in a very rude tone, hands me my drink, the lids not on so as I go to grab it, this hot drink is spilt onto my lap, my car (steering wheel/door/dash) and the outside mirror. The sticky drink even managed to be spilt on my phone sitting in the passenger seat. He goes oops hands me 3 napkins and my food and slams the window shut. I provided pictures of just how much drink was spilt and the aftermath and my phone camera quality after.

Never got service, had to order on my phone. 2 minutes after someone else walks in and got helped right away. Nothing of anyone being busy changed, just didn't give me the same approach of service. Threw my stuff on counter. Worst location I've been too.

I had a great customer service and I love the bacon, sausage and egg wrap.
Attempted to get birthday drink but didn't know about app for birthday drink. Wasn't even given a moment to register. But thanks to Merritt starbucks who did drink regardless of app and break wrap was really dry

Afternoon drinks. Not a bad place to meet up and chat. Seems like quite a few customers had the same idea. Perhaps it was because there was a drink special running (which the barista failed to mention as we placed our order) so you could get a discount (which we did not). I don't frequent Starbucks often ... this one appeared to be busy enough but the food options looked depleted and the drink orders took quite some time. Service definitely could have been better. Nonetheless, the conversation was great and the atmosphere inside was good.
