Without failure every time I visit this location the drive thru takes at least 20 minutes it’s ridiculous, I don’t know what they’re doing in there but any other Starbucks I go to it’s way faster.

Went early in the morning when I looked at what I had been charged after I left the employee put a $2 tip on without my authorization!!!!

I had a disappointing experience at this Starbucks. My sister was already in line to order, and I asked the staff for the washroom code. The first thing she asked, in a rather unfriendly tone, was “Are you purchasing anything?”, even though we clearly were. What made it worse was that she didn’t even give me the code; instead, she walked over and unlocked the door herself, as if she didn’t trust me. I’ve never experienced this kind of behavior at any other Starbucks. It felt unwelcoming and unnecessarily rude. Definitely not the level of customer service I’ve come to expect from Starbucks.

Horrible customer service. Who ever was working on July 17th gave terrible service. I have been coming to this Starbucks for years and this is not the first time I’ve had issues with this location. Rude and disrespectful employees. I don’t recommend spending a dime at this location.

The staff are nice and this was my girlfriend and I’s go-to location because they’d always get our order right, but for the last month it’s literally been 50/50 whether or not our drinks are made right at all. Truly disappointing

Hey, this is for us savvy shoppers, I sometimes overspend a bit 🤪 at Starbucks – nothing crazy, but seriously, the price changes depending on where you go, right? Different locations, different prices. Just thought I'd let you know something i was unaware of.

I've been using mobile ordering for a long time and always pick up my order through the drive-thru immediately after placing it. Today, for the first time, an older staff member told me I wasn't allowed to do that. She said she would make an exception this time but wouldn't next time.

This self made policy makes no sense—it's the same drink, and it takes the same amount of time to prepare, regardless of whether I order in person in drive thru or through the app.

After this experience, I won’t be coming back. Customers shouldn’t be made to feel unwelcome over something so trivial.
