Juliana was so great and the drinks were so amazing

The staff are nice and this was my girlfriend and I’s go-to location because they’d always get our order right, but for the last month it’s literally been 50/50 whether or not our drinks are made right at all. Truly disappointing

Hey, this is for us savvy shoppers, I sometimes overspend a bit 🤪 at Starbucks – nothing crazy, but seriously, the price changes depending on where you go, right? Different locations, different prices. Just thought I'd let you know something i was unaware of.

I've been using mobile ordering for a long time and always pick up my order through the drive-thru immediately after placing it. Today, for the first time, an older staff member told me I wasn't allowed to do that. She said she would make an exception this time but wouldn't next time.

This self made policy makes no sense—it's the same drink, and it takes the same amount of time to prepare, regardless of whether I order in person in drive thru or through the app.

After this experience, I won’t be coming back. Customers shouldn’t be made to feel unwelcome over something so trivial.

Cold coffee

Favorite Starbucks in Kamloops location-wise and seating arrangement-wise (one long couch along window wall 👌🏼) and as a standalone building it has a more boutique feel than other Starbucks locations

Took 30 mins to make my drink and staff looked super mad to be there and were swearing under their breath. Super awkward lol

Im in the drive thru and waiting for 15 mins already for order and getting my drink. Super slow service!

This evening we went through the drive through at the Sahali Starbucks. We were not there to buy coffee. Just wanted to check the balance in an old Starbucks GC and purchase a GC as a Christmas gift. We were helped by a lovely young lady, Steffi. She promptly gave us the balance and we discovered we had enough on the card to just give my grand daughter the old gift card. Steffi offered a sleeve for my ratty old GC. I said sure that would be great. Steffi then said, “listen this card pretty beat up would you like me to transfer it to a new Christmas GC?” Wow! I moved about 5-6 months ago and I miss this Starbucks. Julian or Vern were always my barista whenever I came in. They always brightened my day, I can’t thank them enough for making my coffees. If you need a true pick-me-up the staff are always there to fill your cup. I miss yall ??

The manager at this location really needs a big hug and lots of counselling. Drive the 3 blocks to McGill. The staff are a lot happier!

Very friendly staff, I’ve seen them go out of their way to make customers smile which is really nice to see! Good drinks & food, but that’s expected with Starbucks!

A more useful comment would be that they have a nice seating area inside, it’s a good temperature, nice music playing, and a clean bathroom

Horrible location. Traffic backs up and blocks movement in the shopping centre. Normally would not have bothered wasting my time with a review....... I dont go here but my wife want to use a gift card. 20 minutes in the drive-thru. They said they were having a system problem but no apology at the pick up window. As far as I am concerned................ for that length of wait the orders for those stuck waiting should have been free.

As the city of Kamloops grows I dont see this location being allowed to stay open... or at the very least the City of Kamloops should consider forcing the closure of this drive-thru.
