I moved about 5-6 months ago and I miss this Starbucks. Julian or Vern were always my barista whenever I came in. They always brightened my day, I can’t thank them enough for making my coffees. If you need a true pick-me-up the staff are always there to fill your cup. I miss yall ??

The manager at this location really needs a big hug and lots of counselling. Drive the 3 blocks to McGill. The staff are a lot happier!

Very friendly staff, I’ve seen them go out of their way to make customers smile which is really nice to see! Good drinks & food, but that’s expected with Starbucks!

A more useful comment would be that they have a nice seating area inside, it’s a good temperature, nice music playing, and a clean bathroom

Horrible location. Traffic backs up and blocks movement in the shopping centre. Normally would not have bothered wasting my time with a review....... I dont go here but my wife want to use a gift card. 20 minutes in the drive-thru. They said they were having a system problem but no apology at the pick up window. As far as I am concerned................ for that length of wait the orders for those stuck waiting should have been free.

As the city of Kamloops grows I dont see this location being allowed to stay open... or at the very least the City of Kamloops should consider forcing the closure of this drive-thru.

Went through the drive through ordered and pulled into the parking lot. Noticed pup cup was half water. I've been to starbucks locations across Canada and the U.S. I've never heard or seen this done before. And as I entered the establishment to get a correct pup cup that was denied to be rectified was horrified to hear Ben the drive thru attende talking very negatively and rudely about our interaction in the drive through moments ago. I think the staff there need to be reevaluated and reeducated on customer service.

I asked for a iced latte.. they gave me a warm one, oops let's make another one! they just put ice in my warm latte!!! ice melted in 10 seconds disgusting watered down room temp trash!!!! $7

I can't say anything about the atmosphere...lol..cuz we went through the drive through..and the service was great..and so was the food!

A real zhithole. Came in around lunch for an americano, the most basic coffee request ever, should be ready in under 2 minutes. Minutes later the place was swarmed with high school students and all their online orders were being put out ahead of mine and other customers who had already been waiting. They seemed understaffed, so this review is for management who needs to put extra people on during rush hours and also prioritize quick easy orders...

bought a white chocolate mocha ice blended at drivethru and it tasteless! worst chain. had this order in other starbucks and it tasted good. but here its worst! i cant bring it back cos the store is already closed

I went to this Starbucks location on March 15th 2024 at 4pm to get a beverage before I went to catch the bus home and they took 10 minutes to make my drink because the employees were chatting making me miss the bus. I had brought in fresh strawberries and put them down on the counter with my receipt and I had forgotten them as I left. I realized 20-30 minutes later and went back to get them and DANIEL told me he threw out MY strawberries. The strawberries were brand new with a receipt and I’m almost positive they weren’t thrown away. I am extremely disappointed with the service I have received and I will not be coming here again.
