We went to order summer refreshers with popping pearls (didn’t have any), we then switched our order to 3 dragon fruit lemonades where we received ONLY lemonade with zero dragon fruit. On top of that, we had to wait a few minutes to even place our order with very few people in line at the drive through. I’ve been to many of the Starbucks around town, however, the service here is not great and they’re bound to mess up your order. Would not recommend this Starbucks to my worst enemy.

Closed half an hour early and was very rudely turned away. Service can't get much worse than not being served at all.

While ordering a Macadamia cold brew, I asked if they had the Macadamia ingredients. Was assured they did. Got the cold brew and no sprinkles on top. Server said they were out. My mistake I did not taste the drink while in the store because it tastes nothing like the Macadamia cold brew I’ve had from this location before. Very disappointed! Wish they would just say were out of those ingredients.

The Barista who served me today was so charming, and funny.. She was pleasant and made a recommendation for a drink which I really loved. Thanks, Team!

As soon as we got through the door we received a warm welcome, and some good suggestions for someone that doesn’t normally come to Starbucks. Great experience.

Kaden was a rockstar today. Very busy inside and as soon as he was done taking orders he got to work helping with making drinks. Was very positive too regardless of how busy it was.

Can't really make core beverages, I've been a few times and something is usually wrong.

They are always so nice and friendly in this shop. Love the place

This is the closest location to my house. I have been here at least 30 times and out of those 30 times my drink had always taken 10 mins and had been wrong almost every single time. The carelessness is so frustrating. They never take accountability and will argue when you tell them that it’s not made right. For some reason they put extra milk in shaken espressos when they’re normally made to be darker and lighter on the dairy.

A conveniently located Starbucks close to where I stayed on my trip through Kamloops. Friendly staff and regular Starbucks menu options.

Shubh (I hope I'm spelling his name right!) was fantastic this evening! I didn't understand the fine print in the app and he took the time to explain, and never made me feel bad. And the drink he made was incredible! Thanks for the awesome experience!

Stopped in this morning to get coffee on my way to work and was given the wrong size. Then they said they would refund me and charge me for the correct size. I never got my refund and then called to talk to manger and they wouldn’t tell me when the manager would be in. I will never be returning to this location
