Been to this location a few time and service is hit and miss. My sister got a hot drink and the lid wasn't on properly so when she picked it up it went all over the place. They did clean up the mess but never remade her drink.

I stopped on my way to lower-mainland in Kamloops for a nice latte on my drive. I was so pleased with a gentleman named Sherkar? I am not sure exact spelling, but he went out of his way to make me a new coffee because my boyfriend ordered the wrong one. The woman originally helped me didn’t make much of an effort. I appreciate your kind service and going out of your way to make me happy. Thank you.

I would have given it -5 stars. I waited 28 minutes for my order of a single classic drink. Looking at the people who arrived after me being served!!!!

Was at this location this morning and was really grossed out with the cross contamination there. The girl that made my latte never cleaned the steam wand after making a drink before that. So what would have happened if a drink was made with almond milk how does the staff explain how they were to lazy to clean the steam wand and someone had an allergic reaction to almond milk. I am just lucky that she had just steamed regular milk before my latte made with oatmilk. Staff needs to be better trained in the importance of avoiding cross contamination because they can be putting someone's life at risk

Was there about 715 and ordered tomato mozzarella pesto sandwich along with venti extra hot no fat no foam latte. Sandwich only had tomato and cheese on half the sandwich-sooo disappointing-

Starbucks is one of my favorite places to go for a London Fog or Green Tea lemonade As everyone knows Starbucks Has good drinks prices are a little high would like to see that change but just like everything it costs a lot

BAD Service! Every weekend I drive through Kamloops Valleyview to Armstrong- I usually stop and buy a beverage and use the facilities.. I don’t usually leave bad reviews- but this can be a learning experience- The drive through at this location is always busy- my drive is 3 hours hence the reason I like stop and take a quick break. This morning I stopped went inside to order my coffee, stood at the cash register for 5-8 minutes Not one of the 5 employees acknowledged me. All were focused on the drive through customers. I ended up walking out. Never have I experienced this type of Awful Services at Starbucks- I have been a customer since a kid growing up in Seattle.

Staff forgot my order twice. It took more than half hour to get our coffee and muffin. Girl was very rude after the first time I asked snapping at me “it’s coming”. Waited 10 more minutes and asked again. She snapped at me again “the order isn’t on the screen”. So I had clearly been missed. 30+ minutes is unacceptable. Do better with the attitude.

We’ve been here a dozen times now, they get our order wrong nearly every time. I dunno what’s up, whether it’s training or they just have a hard time when it’s busy, but I’ve never had any issues with other Starbucks, just this one.
