Awful experience - no one seems to be working. Painfully slow

I’m stupid for doing walk in here as many times as I have the drive thru is almost always ten times faster I’ve had to wait up to 10 minutes when I order online 10 minutes before.. unacceptable service

Long wait times regardless of how busy they are. Waited over 20 minutes for a latte and a hot chocolate. The latte was literally only milk and syrup, no espresso and the hot chocolate was warm milk and next to no chocolate, if any, it was all at the bottom of the cup. I've never seen any of the staff smiling or interacting with one another in a positive way. Everytime I try to give the location another chance I'm disappointed more than I was before. I would suggest going elsewhere. Every. Time.

Starbucks is always consistent almost every where. However, I think it is time for service to serve the walk-ins vs the drive-thrus. I understand that the profits are higher for the drive-thru, but I believe it comes at a price. Both in walk-ins patience and in creating a larger carbon footprint for Starbucks with all those idling vehicles in their drive-thru lines.

I do see that Starbucks has a goal to decrease their carbon footprint in half by 2030. The lowest hanging fruit to accomplish this goal is to diminish the idling footprint of the drive-thru traffic, and re-promote walk in service.

Used to be quixk with your order. But for the past little while, very slow service!

A busy little Starbucks! People were friendly, service pretty good as pur drinks didn't take too long. The food and drinks are very pricey that's for sure!

We went to order summer refreshers with popping pearls (didn’t have any), we then switched our order to 3 dragon fruit lemonades where we received ONLY lemonade with zero dragon fruit. On top of that, we had to wait a few minutes to even place our order with very few people in line at the drive through. I’ve been to many of the Starbucks around town, however, the service here is not great and they’re bound to mess up your order. Would not recommend this Starbucks to my worst enemy.

Closed half an hour early and was very rudely turned away. Service can't get much worse than not being served at all.

While ordering a Macadamia cold brew, I asked if they had the Macadamia ingredients. Was assured they did. Got the cold brew and no sprinkles on top. Server said they were out. My mistake I did not taste the drink while in the store because it tastes nothing like the Macadamia cold brew I’ve had from this location before. Very disappointed! Wish they would just say were out of those ingredients.

So slow - 15 minute wait for two drinks. Quality of drinks was good

The Barista who served me today was so charming, and funny.. She was pleasant and made a recommendation for a drink which I really loved. Thanks, Team!
