Starbucks

This store is quite possibly the slowest Starbucks I’ve ever been to. There is not a care in the world from any employee about how quick orders go out. Mobile ordering ahead of time does not help and their timeframes are not accurate. Mobile ordering time said 15 minutes for my drinks to be ready and I waited an additional 10 minutes inside the store for my two drinks. Something needs to change here.

Worker said there was No coffee available 1.5 hrs before closing

They're all so polite, and efficient. Always willing to go above and beyond. They remember who you are and are always willing to have a quick chat with you

Poor service provided by all the girls working Tuesday morning .

Customers are waiting in the line and they are busy talking with the customers they know personally.

This Starbucks has really gone downhill since I have last been here. I get something and they tell me it is discontinued and to make it they will have to charge me more. Fine, but why could I get it earlier at the Starbucks by Winners? I asked for no whip and got whip, again no biggie it can be scrapped off but also ordered a venti and got a grande. They guy taking my order was distracted and was doing other things when taking my order then when I said these things to him he confronted me infant of everyone that I didnt say these things and was at fault.

Over 25 minutes waiting for a single hot drink others who have ordered after me are long gone.

I've had an unfortunate experience during my recent visit, and unfortunately, this isn’t the first time. It seems that over the past few years, there are some team members who provide excellent customer service, while others fall short. Additionally, the staff that fall short are team members that make you feel like you're a burden, and they are unwilling to assist you when you have questions about the menu or ingredients.

Love going here every morning 🌄 as I always get cute little messages and it makes my day. The best Starbucks in kamloops

Friendly Staff

This is the second time it's happened. I order a vent size drink and they give me grande. Does not even sound the same.

Went to grab a coffee and the woman at the front, Chris was absolutely hostile. She was homophobic to my friend and my (hot) drink was tepid when I got it after like 15 minutes. Will not be back
