The worst Starbucks in town. I did a mobile order for two of the Christmas drinks. When I get to the counter I'm told they are out of the topping for one of the drinks. Literally every other Starbucks in town keeps their app info up to date and accurate. When if came to the drinks themselves, they were absolutely disgusting. I've ordered both Christmas drinks at other Starbucks and they have never once tasted like this. The barista working clearly did not know how to make the drinks.
It was my first time going to this location and definitely my last.

Not one employee greeted me when I walked in. The young girl looked at me several times while I waited at the cashier and never thought to say hello or let me know that I’d been acknowledged. The lady that eventually helped me was very kind and did a good job with my coffee. The atmospheres a little drab and cold, but not too bad overall. Would have appreciated the music being louder so it can actually be heard. Especially around Christmas, everyone likes Christmas music:)

I had a great experience at this Starbucks! Agata was super friendly, polite, and helpful. She made my day with her positive attitude and warm smile. It’s always nice to see someone who genuinely enjoys helping customers. Thank you, Agata, for the amazing service!

My barista was Agata and she literally made my order in under 2 mins. I have been to all starbucks in town, and go to starbucks pretty much every morning for my order but she is hands down the fastest barista Ive seen. All my orders were legit done in under 2 mins and they were perfectly made too.
That girl deserves a raise! AWESOME JOB 👏

This store is quite possibly the slowest Starbucks I’ve ever been to. There is not a care in the world from any employee about how quick orders go out. Mobile ordering ahead of time does not help and their timeframes are not accurate. Mobile ordering time said 15 minutes for my drinks to be ready and I waited an additional 10 minutes inside the store for my two drinks. Something needs to change here.

This Starbucks has really gone downhill since I have last been here. I get something and they tell me it is discontinued and to make it they will have to charge me more. Fine, but why could I get it earlier at the Starbucks by Winners? I asked for no whip and got whip, again no biggie it can be scrapped off but also ordered a venti and got a grande. They guy taking my order was distracted and was doing other things when taking my order then when I said these things to him he confronted me infant of everyone that I didnt say these things and was at fault.

I've had an unfortunate experience during my recent visit, and unfortunately, this isn’t the first time. It seems that over the past few years, there are some team members who provide excellent customer service, while others fall short. Additionally, the staff that fall short are team members that make you feel like you're a burden, and they are unwilling to assist you when you have questions about the menu or ingredients.
