Order green tea latte with 1 pump vanilla , delicious n fee healthy always. The lady server is very friendly , make your day also. It is inside Safeway. So stop after shopping . Good luck lady and Starbuck

Went through Drive through and ordered a venti drink. Get to the front window and a lady name Ish helped me and handed me my drink which was grande. I said I ordered a venti and she replied, “well you paid for a grande. “ I was like, nope, I used my stars and she just turned away from me. Noticing the last few times of going through, the workers are rude and just don’t seem to care about customer service. Even overheard a staff member named Anna criticizing a client to her face about her drink order of chai tea latte with light water. A different barista (didn’t get her name) made the drink 3 times for her and on the third the barista asked if she would like to try it without the water and the customer said yes and that she liked it. Anna turned around and said well next time, make sure you ask for no water in a snappy tone. Don’t recommend Tranquille Starbucks, but the Summit Starbucks (across from Chatters) is amazing!

I love getting coffee ☕️ and they have substations for milk
I am always very happy to replenish my day with a cup'o'java! Brittany and Shannon always greet me with a smile, a kind word, and great customer service! My only wish is that I could scan my phone app at this location cation but learned that if I save the receipt I will get my points...Thank you.

I have been happy with this location, the coffee, the toilets and service! The tables have been clean for all my visits. Everywhere is short staffed, and the staff that places have are often new and undergoing training - let's be patient.
