Kavi at the downtown Subway deserves high praise for their outstanding service. Not only did they cater to my needs with a friendly attitude, but the store was also impressively clean and tidy. Worst customer service! Staff were changing garbages and then proceeded to serve food with out washing hands! Had to mention it twice before they washed their hands!Absolutely disgusting! Ravi or what ever her name is should find a job behind closed doors as she couldn’t even make a sub right! Doesn’t great or have a personality!

Went to subway downtown today with my husband as he was in line I got a table noticed it was dirty so I asked for a cloth to clean it no big deal the girl making the sandwiches started arguing with me and wouldn’t give us a cloth then someone else we think work there started sweeping the crumbs off the table with there hands it had sticky stuff on the table and wasn’t impressed when the sandwich maker told us to sit at the other table lol it was dirty too , we left right away because if that’s your standards for clean never again will we enter that subway

The breads are good as usual but took the veggie grilled wrap! Honestly i do not recommend it, the rice was undercooked or definitely not fresh! Very little cheese. No flavour even though you add the sauce. Would prefer to just take the subs instead!
I work downtown... so close to this subway but I will honestly reconsider ever going there on my lunchtime again. My goodness. Three employees, only me in there and still couldn't manage to throw a veggie salad together for me. As they continued to just walk around practically in circles bumping into each other accomplishing nothing and my bowl still empty I turned around and walked out... Do not recommend, certainly not on a limited lunch hour.

They got my order so wrong. Not just once but twice I would definitely not recommend to get delivery. They rip you off take your money and give you half what you ask for. Annd they put a wrong number down so when you call 100 times they will never pick up. So disappointed
