terrible terrible , young man ( who doesnt speak english ) was trying his best and then his lady manager i guess comes in and takes over , proceeds to take meat off my sub and says theres too much on the sandwich , i asked if she thought that was good service and she just smiled , never again , i hope she enjoyed the sandwich

I visited Subway on Oriole Road on February 5th and ordered a turkey breast sandwich. They were out of tomatoes at 1 pm, which I found ridiculous, considering it’s one of the main ingredients.

I told the male staff member that I wanted my sandwich toasted. He continued adding the meat, cheese, vegetables, and the dressing I requested. I told him again that I needed my sandwich toasted. He then wrapped the sandwich and was about to put it in the toaster oven. I asked, don’t you toast the sandwich before adding the vegetables, and he said, “they used to.” I told him I didn’t want my vegetables toasted. He removed the vegetables, toasted the sandwich, and put the same vegetables back in, smothering it with more dressing. I should have refused the sandwich at this point, but I was in a rush to get somewhere.

When I paid, the staff member walked away saying “have a nice day” without even handing me my receipt.

Overall, it was a terrible service and experience. This was disappointing, especially considering the basic service standards expected from a Subway outlet. This outlet needs proper training on basic standards and customer service.

Ordered through the Subway app and was charged. When I arrived, the staff said they never received the order, refused to make it, and did not offer a refund or solution. I left without food and out the money. Very disappointing experience.

I would do zero stars if I could, argumentative staff. Ordered a southwest avocado power bowl for lunch. When I got it, it had half the things missing. Called them to tell them and they blamed me. Disappointed.

We got a subway from skip, omg did they butcher it. Completely wrong from bread, to soggy not toasted to wrong items. Worst sub I've had in long time. Too expensive for this low quality

We had a quick meal of a 12 inch hot chicken sub -split in half. The bread it was served on was not stale, but relatively fresh. The sub then was enjoyable and satisfying.

As per usual the customer service was very accommodating - olives on one side of the sub we ordered. The service was quick and friendly. Certainly based on our experience, we will be back.

Food is good as usual but they wouldn't accept a coupon that was only a week expired and I had to push them to supply a cup for water for my kid.
