I had an issue with an online order today. I went in to pick it up and it was not there. The staff did everything they could to help me sort out what happened. I could not be more grateful. I was incredibly hangry and they were so patient and helpful!!

I order sandwiches here for over the last 3 years but yesterday experience wast not ok. I order my sandwich and type of bread and the cheese on the bread and they were about to add all the vegetables. At that point they used to put the bread in the oven to have that amazing melted cheese but they were about to skip that step. I asked them please can you put the bread in the oven as usual. And the answer was ahhh the oven it’s not working but the bread is warm so you will be fine. I was kind of in the middle of the order and even I was not happy but I had to accept it. No it was not the same. I ate it and it was a 5 out of 10 compared to 10/10 when the bread was oven warmed. I had the feeling that I was lied in my face. Please put at least a sign so people can choose in advance if they still want to order.

I would have give them 0 if I could. The service is worst. I ordered veggie delight and the stuffing was not properly done. They missed the vegetables and sauces. Moreover, they weren't receiving any calls. This has happened 2nd time. Will never order from here evern again

Staff was friendly and professional. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 was because we tried to place an order with a promo code but the website was glitchy and since the staff did not have the ability to enter the code at retail, they did the best they could under the circumstances.

Found a piece of cleaning cloth and eyelash in the sub. This is the first time have such disgusting subway.

Placed a web order. Specifying more veggies and double meat. The veggies were less. When went back to say it's not how I ordered. Staff made faces like it's acceptable for customers to pay full amount and not get what they paid for.

Service was very good, food was great, but that's the last time will dine at Subway when a 6" sandwich costs $10.29 with a $3.00 Ginger Ale. The food was very tasty but I just cant swallow that price. Sorry.
