Ordering food for delivery through a delivery app may leave more room for error. My order was made wrong. I imagine the order is easily readable on a screen or a printed receipt, yet it was wrong. Not sure what happened there.

I have driven for 8.5 hrs and was going to have lunch at this location. I walked into the store and was heading towards the washroom before buying lunch. Just to be told I was not allowed to use the washroom. Won't be getting my business here. And I will be sure to let everyone I know to go to another location. Very poor customer service. They are very fortunate that I have good manners and just left without making a scene. I will definitely be looking for a number to home office. This was unacceptable to turn away potential business.

I don't understand how someone working there can look at what they've made and think "yeah, that's something I'd serve a customer."
Just avoid this location. Something is wrong here.

Decided to get a sub this afternoon on April 21st. The fellow who took my order was fine, but the female employee yelling from the back room made it very awkward. It’s good to have fun at work I get it, but when there are multiple people in the dining area and everyone can hear you a little more professionalism would be appreciated.
