One of the worst location. Keeping washeoom closed at this location

We visited this Subway around 9:35 PM and left pretty disappointed. They were out of meatballs for the Meatball Marinara and said it would take 10 minutes to heat more—even though they were open until midnight. It felt like they weren’t properly stocked or prepared.
My husband asked to use the washroom, but the staff said it was out of order. For a place with a dine-in area, not having a functioning washroom is really inconvenient.
I asked for my bread to be toasted and grilled, but it came out barely warm. On top of that, the footlong wasn’t even cut properly in half. The whole experience felt careless and rushed.
Definitely not the level of service we’ve received before. The downtown location is great—we’ll stick to that one next time.

That clerk was mad rude to me felt like it was ‘cause my skin dark. I asked for help and she just hit me with ‘that ain’t our problem.’ Real disrespectful, for no reason.

I paid $20 for a double meat sub and was extremely disappointed—it was the lightest sub I’ve ever received from any Subway. It was clear this was not a true double meat portion. As someone who travels frequently for business and regularly eats at Subway locations across the country, this experience stood out for all the wrong reasons. Save your money and choose another location—this one does not deliver the quality you’d expect.

They sell 3 week old expired chunky milk. Also told they would not accept coupons even though coupons sent out in mail in area.

One of the employees handled mine and someone else’s food without changing gloves. I will not be returning.
The staff here are always very friendly with us and our daughter (6yr) taking the time to listen to her order, they just had Reno's done setting it up to look much more modern and inviting.

Ordering food for delivery through a delivery app may leave more room for error. My order was made wrong. I imagine the order is easily readable on a screen or a printed receipt, yet it was wrong. Not sure what happened there.
