I came in with my little sister around 630pm today. I had some issues with my card and payment, and the staff were amazing and very helpful. I just want to say thanks again! Payment/Card issues can be extremely embarrassing regardless the reason, but they were very understanding and offered for us to sit down and eat until I got it figured out and was able to pay. I wasn’t able to get their names, but great two! ❤️☺️

I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience at Subway. I ordered a Veggie Delight sandwich and found an insect inside my food (see attached photo). This is absolutely unacceptable and raises serious concerns about hygiene and food safety at this location.

Not only did this ruin my meal, but it also shows a complete lack of quality control. Customers trust Subway for fresh and safe food, and finding an insect is a health hazard that cannot be ignored.

I will not be returning to this store, and I strongly urge Subway management to address their cleanliness and food handling standards immediately.

Good service by a nice girl and a guy working there at a sandwich station. But a guy taking payments not sure if he works there or not but no subway dressing standing there and being on his cellphone and being rude to customers and was going to charge us as a 2 six inches and we got 3 six inch CT and one six inch veggie patty but when I told him that it should be 1 footlong CT and one 6” CT and one 6” veggie patty he got offended
As I work in the subway too I know how it works he said it’s different management but different management doesn’t mean to overcharge customers cleverly. Pricing can be different we know as different management but these common things they need to learn and respect their customers.

We visited this Subway around 9:35 PM and left pretty disappointed. They were out of meatballs for the Meatball Marinara and said it would take 10 minutes to heat more—even though they were open until midnight. It felt like they weren’t properly stocked or prepared.

My husband asked to use the washroom, but the staff said it was out of order. For a place with a dine-in area, not having a functioning washroom is really inconvenient.

I asked for my bread to be toasted and grilled, but it came out barely warm. On top of that, the footlong wasn’t even cut properly in half. The whole experience felt careless and rushed.

Definitely not the level of service we’ve received before. The downtown location is great—we’ll stick to that one next time.

That clerk was mad rude to me felt like it was ‘cause my skin dark. I asked for help and she just hit me with ‘that ain’t our problem.’ Real disrespectful, for no reason.

I paid $20 for a double meat sub and was extremely disappointed—it was the lightest sub I’ve ever received from any Subway. It was clear this was not a true double meat portion. As someone who travels frequently for business and regularly eats at Subway locations across the country, this experience stood out for all the wrong reasons. Save your money and choose another location—this one does not deliver the quality you’d expect.

They sell 3 week old expired chunky milk. Also told they would not accept coupons even though coupons sent out in mail in area.
