We had the misfortune to be originally served by the owner that was there. When we go there and it's just staff they are fabulous! But this guy definitely thought he was above all of us. I asked him two questions and both times like he looked down his nose at me. He had snarky responses and couldn't care less if he helped or not.

I asked for a few extra olives and the worker that was building my sandwich looked over his shoulder and literally whispered, I can't the owner is here. I couldn't believe it!

We decided tonight this is the last time going to this location. 👎👎👎👎👎

Asked for green peppers and onions and got only one each! Are you kidding me wow. Putting sauces on was a who cares attitude and put in one area . Never again.

I eat subway very regularly. I asked the person in front counter to put a little bit more veggies but he rudely denied. Will never ever come to this subway. I’ll drive 20 kms out of the town but never this subway. You lost a customer. You need some new staff.

By far worst and most disgusting subway experience in my life. Negative 5 stars.
I'm a regular at other subways so I know this was not normal treatment.
First they shredded and ripped the ham and put it in very unevenly probably half as much as we normally get. Dragged my sandwich across the dirty counter as the paper stuck to it, and they ignored it. Then pressed their disgusting dirty shirt against the sandwich to reach for topping, obviously a normal problem as her shirt was very dirty. The vegetables were a mess, nothing went on evenly but the Lettuce, and had to ask for more veg multiple times. Then went overboard on the sauces. Tore up the bread with her fingers while cutting them and wrapped them loose with open ends. When paying she typed into the computer said bye and walked away before we even started paying. Every aspect of this visit was wrong besides the toasting and Lettuce. Absolutely disgusting hygiene, and can't make a sandwich Any better than a young child. Will never be back to this location. The one a few blocks over on tranquile is night and day difference. Go there if you want subway.

The staff were extremely rude. I asked the guy to cut the sandwich and he said you have hands you can cut it yourself at home. Really ill mannered staff. The owner should fore them.

The guy that took our order was great, what I have come to expect at Subway. The ladies that completed the sandwiches and rang us through were rude and had bad attitudes, saying we couldn't get any extra veggies cuz of new owners, and the cashier brought out a felt pen to label the 5 subs since 2 were going to a second location but then she just stuffed all 5 into the bag.
Since when have they changed the policy to 'get it your way'?

One of the employee here does not listen or may be he doesn’t care about what customer wants. Even after providing prior information of what I needed and how I needed, the employee continued to make the order his way. Probably needs to be trained again.

Super unkind unfriendly staff. Asked to use the washroom and the door wasn’t opening, went back to them and they were getting mad saying it’s the end door which I was pulling on. You have to BUST open this door for it to open! After a few minutes they pressed it again when I staff member came over and opened it and said “you have to open it!” Obviously, I have to open it and it was not opening. right in my personal space. I suggest you teach your employees to be kind to customers and fix broken items in your store

My partner got Subway in-store Oct. 22 at approximately 9:40pm. My partner ordered me a chicken rancher with lettuce, spinach, green pepper and onion, but I received a turkey cold cut sandwich with tomato and no spinach. He did not notice as he was reading my order directly from a text I sent.
