Super unkind unfriendly staff. Asked to use the washroom and the door wasn’t opening, went back to them and they were getting mad saying it’s the end door which I was pulling on. You have to BUST open this door for it to open! After a few minutes they pressed it again when I staff member came over and opened it and said “you have to open it!” Obviously, I have to open it and it was not opening. right in my personal space. I suggest you teach your employees to be kind to customers and fix broken items in your store

My partner got Subway in-store Oct. 22 at approximately 9:40pm. My partner ordered me a chicken rancher with lettuce, spinach, green pepper and onion, but I received a turkey cold cut sandwich with tomato and no spinach. He did not notice as he was reading my order directly from a text I sent.

We visited this Subway 15 minutes ago and I am highly disappointed with the kind of service an employee “PAM” provided us while we were trying to choose options for our salads. She seemed so rude, frustrated and arrogant as she had no smile on her face and the way she was replying was ridiculous. If the Manager of this store is reading this you need to talk to PAM about her behaviour or people will not visit this store anymore. We will never be back again. I don’t think so people go to restaurants to get treated badly. Extremely poor service.???????

Went today at 4pm and the worker let a fly crawl all over our food. When he saw it climbing on our food he calmly swatted it away and it went to the next sandwhich in our order and he let it crawl around again before swatting it into the veggies themselves and then left it to crawl in the food. Not coning back to this location. In food you should either kill the bug or remove it not let it crawl all over the food??
