Very displeased with the service here !! I was eating with my 5 year old she grabbed a cup out of the drink holders and the staff made me pay $3 for an empty cup. We had already paid for drinks and proceeded to tell me it was policy. Maybe don’t leave your cups right by the tills for young children to grab!!! I will never eat Here again.

They used to refuse taking coupons but since the backlash they stared to again. You have to tell them before ordering you have a coupon and they admitted this is so they can reduce the amount of ingredients as they need to recoup the loss from the coupon.

Whoever the woman was with dark hair, who made my one sub at 10:48 AM on December 12, 2023, you need an attitude adjustment. I came in in a really good mood and super friendly, and you stood there and looked at me like I was garbage. No hello, no smile, nothing. So I said, could I please have a simple vegetable and cheese foot-long on white? You grabbed the sub bun like it was your enemy, and proceeded to fill it like it was the world’s biggest chore. I tried to ask you how your day was going but you ignored me. When I asked for your house dressing on my sub, you huffed and puffed and sighed and took your knife and pointed it at the sub and wrapped it and then put your hand out for my $20 bill. No smile no thank you no goodbye nothing. You put the change on the table and walked away. WTH??????? There was no one else in the store.If you don’t like your job, go elsewhere. Clearly, you should not be working with the public. I literally live across the street but we won’t be coming back to this location.

The nerve of these businesses asking for a tip with customer service this bad.... Unbelievable!.... They acted as if I was disturbing them in prepping by coming in and ordering a sub, disdain looks from all 3 staff members. As soon as they seen I didn't leave a tip. She just walked away. Didn't even say, "Have a good day". "Goodbye". Nothing... In this post covid world service has gone so far downhill......

Writing this review behalf of a co-worker. The sandwich was cut so badly and also fell apart as soon as the paper was off. We measured the two ‘halves’ and it is far from halves as you can see in the photos. Would not recommend if you are even remotely OCD.

absolutely gobsmacked. brown lettuce and peppers were frozen to the container. not very friendly and the prices suck too. got one foot long tuna and a tuna wrap, no drinks, no chips and it came to just under $22. my wrap is so small that it fits into my hand easily. won't be going back that's for sure!
