We were driving through Kamloops and Read reviews about gluten free options so found our way there. It is located down town with metered parking which was limited but we found a spot on a Wednesday. The cafe has ample seating inside and some outside as well. No wifi was available and only one bathroom for everyone that had long waits. There was lots of art and jewelry on display and for purchase. They had a water station which was handy. There were quite a few gluten free options for lunch and or breakfast. I ordered the quiche with salad and my husband had broccoli cheddar soup which came with corn bread and a spanakopita. All was flavorful. I ordered a large haystack cookie for the road which was very good. It’s nice to have a place that provides gf and vegan options as well as regular items.
Dietary restrictions: Lots of vegan and gluten free options that were made with taste in mind.

The best lunches and coffees I’ve had anywhere. The staff are quick and funny. And I love the little notes in the walls. By far my favourite spot

What they serve here as coffee is anything but coffee! When you mix lukewarm milk a dark water that smells like Walmart purchased coffee beans, you end up with a drink that shouldn’t be sold or given for free. We couldn’t drink it.

This place is a fantastic! Myself and two of my friends (one gluten free and one vegetarian) stopped here on our way out of Kamloops, and we all ordered different dishes. All of our orders tasted amazing, and were so flavourful. (Quiche & soup, wrap & soup, breakfast sandwich & soup, muffin). The portions are large. They also served great coffee.
The waitresses were so lovely and the service was quick.
The art and shop is also so well stocked. We all left with something.
All of us will definitely be back again.
