I went into chopped leaf as I was craving a wrap of there’s - when I walked in the grill was disgusting super dirty - they scraped it for the girls ahead of me - it needs a good wash - I voiced it needs a good clean as someone is going to get ill - staffed looked at me as if I was stupid - walked out and went to edo instead you lost my business tonight for sure

Your points system really sucks I could log in and when on the site all it would let me do is order. Even your staff couldn’t figure it out. Not a good way to keep customers timing back. I have eaten here for years and that has really put me off

I had high hopes for my visit to Choppe Delaf, but unfortunately, it did not meet my expectations. Upon arrival, the atmosphere seemed promising, but that’s where the positives ended.
well the service was far below par. The staff was unresponsive and inattentive; it took over 20 minutes for someone to take our order, and the food arrived cold. When I mentioned this to the server, there was no apology, just a dismissive response.
All in all, my visit to Chopped leaf was a disappointment, and I don't think I'll be returning anytime soon. I hope they address these issues to improve their service and food quality.

3 staff and 3 customers waiting for their food, one of the staff asks the other staff if they need help getting the food ready and the staff person says no.
NowI am watching the staff person cutting up grape tomatoes one by one while we wait for our food. Absolutely unacceptable
The staff people should automatically be helping each other to get the customers who are waiting go out of the store asap. Not ask to help and then go about cleaning. This is customer service 101. This customer service at north hills mall chopped leaf deserves less than 1 star.
I'd share food pictures but it was so delicious I forgot to take them! Team at the Leaf tonight was very helpful and we appreciated their accommodation of our order only minutes before closing time. Rwst assured we shall return... perhaps a bit before closing next time!

Worst experience of my life here tonight. Rude staff. Wrong order. One girl was kind making all the orders. One rude guy came over to say “We close soon, can stay and eat but…” and walked away. So basically get out. Then the “supervisor” came to our table right at 2 mins to 7pm and said sorry you have to leave. They messed up my order, I said nothing, but to be rude to customers and ask them to leave without allowing them to finish eating? Understanding they close but there’s still clean up time etc.
