Worst experience of my life here tonight. Rude staff. Wrong order. One girl was kind making all the orders. One rude guy came over to say “We close soon, can stay and eat but…” and walked away. So basically get out. Then the “supervisor” came to our table right at 2 mins to 7pm and said sorry you have to leave. They messed up my order, I said nothing, but to be rude to customers and ask them to leave without allowing them to finish eating? Understanding they close but there’s still clean up time etc.

Visited this location and ordered a salad with chicken for takeout. When I got home and started to eat my salad, I found that I did not get the dressing I asked for. Very disappointed in the flavor of what they used.

Never again will I spend 16 dollars for lettuce got a Bangkok no noodles a little bit of noodles little onion and peanuts lmao all lettuce was a waste of money last time I had this it had a lot of noodles and the other stuff but the tuna was soggy well never again

We went to kamploop for the first time on last Friday , had an amazing experience at this location, staff was super humble and cooperative. Their way of customer service was out of the world , they made my day with nice and sweet behaviour.?

I ate here twice on two days! It was very good and there were many food options. They were excellent with making sure my food was gluten free and celiac safe. They made my feel separately to avoid cross contamination. Great experience! I'd recommend to anyway, especially people who can't eat gluten.

The food and service is great. But this is the third time they have forgotten to put the avocado in my bowl! The third time!!! I'm paying for that. Have the ingredients in front of you so you don't forget. I paid for the avocado and I don't have time to go back and ask for it. I'd rather wait longer to get the food I ordered, then get it quickly with missing ingredients. It's frustrating.

Haven’t been for about 2 months and was disappointed at the service and the fact the portion sizes are half the size they used to be and the quality was not as good as it used to be. They wouldn’t let me “use/collect” my points even though the point system is changing yet again, with this franchise. Will not be on my go to list anymore.
