Went for dinner with family. The server was friendly and food was ok, but the service was disappointing. There was one other table in the restaurant, so not busy at all. Server forgot the water and silverware. Ordered burgers and milkshakes - took way too long (over 30 minutes). Got the water and silverware after the food. Food was ok.

The atmosphere is lovely! Coffee was great and my friend enjoyed her mocha. The food we ordered was average. If you're looking for something closer to homestyle, great prices, with a relaxing atmosphere. This is your place!

The atmosphere was peaceful being as it was mid afternoon. The view is fantastic! The server was awesome, knowledgeable and friendly, which to me is a big part of enjoyable meal. Customer service is highly underrated. The food though...omg good! My friend had the best homestyle onion rings, which aren't on the menu for some unknown reason, so I'm glad I asked. I had the Chicken burger on a brioche bun with a smoked peach mayo...yum! Since I can't have nightshades (potatoes, tomatoes and peppers mainly) so no fries for me. Instead I could choose fresh fruit! What a treat! All in all I wish this place was in my town!
Definitely recommended!

This restaurant clearly has no understanding of customer service. I had stopped taking orders from them because of their constant delays and disrespectful behavior, but this time, the order appeared under the name ‘Brownies by the Pound’ instead of Columbia Diner, and I unfortunately accepted it. As a delivery driver, I ended up waiting more than thirty minutes for the food. The staff acted as if it was completely normal for me to wait that long, expecting me to stay silent and not voice any complaints. Their behavior was rude and dismissive, with no apology for the delay. True customer service means respecting all customers equally, including delivery drivers, not just putting on a show for dine-in customers. I hope they learn the true values of Canadian hospitality and treat everyone with respect.
