The food is okay, but the service is unbelievably bad. It literally takes 3-5 business days to get any service. When you ask for something, they just say yes, but in fact, they're just roaming around with no purpose and doing nothing. I asked for ketchup after waiting for so long, I had to walk and take it from the counter myself. Man, I waited 25 minutes just to get the bill, asked twice, and the server was playing with napkins. As long as you get a Male server you will be guaranteed your drinks and food within a reasonable amount of time, both waitresses have given us our food late causing us to be late for
The food and portion sizes are fantastic! And well priced for the portion sizes. Staff are friendly and are more or less attentive. Only gripe I have is that they run a skeleton crew, and often only have 1 server/ bartender on shift.
