Had a day trip into Kamloops and stopped for lunch here. We had the free bird and pulled pork sandwiches. Both left us wanting to come back again! The beer was also great, new lager on tap the day we were in with lots to chose from.

We were lucky enough to have a table next to the fireplace. The soup of the day (cream of mushrooms and goat cheese) is delicious!Next, my meal (the chicken burger) was divine! A generous breast in an oat-based breading, on coleslaw with a side of Kale, corn and red cabbage salad. Just wow!! We finished it off by sharing a cheesecake. With a coulis of cherries poached in red wine on an oat and cocoa crust! A menu with many gluten free options. Obviously, accompanied by a BC wine (white from the Le Cosselet vineyard). The pizza (second main course) was also excellent. A homemade dough, with good ingredients and an innovation in the sauce with a little honey.Dietary restrictions: Gluten free!Without monosodium glutamate (MSG)Parking: On the street but free.

Went in, was seated quickly and that was the end of the service. Sat for 15 minutes waiting for waitress but she didnt even acknowledge us. We put on our coats and left, and no it wasnt busy.

Wife and I decided to have dinner here on a Friday evening (on a work trip out of Vancouver)... We got here early and it filled up soon after. The Staff were friendly and kept checking on us. Their craft beer did not disappoint (I had the "Big bad Wolf" IPA and Lager for the wife)... I decided to try their Seasonal IPA as well and that was Distant 2nd at best to their house IPA.My Burger was good and I enjoyed it. I believe they charged me extra for the mustard (which I did not bother to check and that's on me).I saw a few table order the fried pickle and I think I should have too... thats for next time.Overall this is a great place if you are visiting and I would come back again just for their House IPA.

Was not sure what to expect from Kamloops but you can't really go wrong in a brewhouse with fresh ale and wholesome fish & chips. Service was attentive and friendly.

Food is yummy and somewhat unique, however the prices are high. Would be a 4 or 5 star review had the prices been better. $16 fries are a bit much.
