Tiger Ramen is a casual and cozy Japanese ramen restaurant. I really wanted to love this place but a few things fell short: the tare (or salty mixture in ramen was floating on top and not mixed with the broth), there was cabbage as the veggie which didn't seem to suit the dish, and the egg was a soft boiled egg instead of a soy marinated ajitama. In the end, Tiger Ramen is a nice choice for ramen in Kamloops. I prefer the ramen in the Vancouver area but this hits the spot for a limited area.

Best ramen I've ever had. It's delicious! They also have a really cool setup. If you go during peak lunch hours, expect to wait as the restaurant is very small and it gets busy. But this is a great place to go for a bite to eat.

Tiger Ramen is consistently my favorite ramen place in Kamloops. The atmosphere, friendly staff, delicious food, and affordable prices make it a favorite of mine. Highly, HIGHLY recommend.
